It has a manager named Kamal Hazarika who makes commitment over phone abt availibility of rooms, parking. Once u turn up at the reception another stubborn staff turns up saying rooms r no longer available. Very unprofessional and rude.

Hotel and the elevator is very old. Doors and furniture are poor quality. Do not have any electric cattle to drink hot water. Complementary breakfast is limited. They provide low quantity puri-sabjee on a regular basis.

Good hotel, just the price is high as per the room.

It's a very good hotel at affordable price. Staff behaviour is very polite. I stayed at other hotels in Nagaon but felt comfortable at this hotel. Moreover here breakfast is complementary.

The worst and poorest hotel in the entire nagaon district. The owner is a miser(kanjoos). 0% in service. Would be a very regrettable choice for any person if chosen to stay in this third class hotel. Won't ever suggest anyone to stay in this third or no class hotel or whatever the place is. The staff are extremely rude and arrogant. The owner doesn't even know to run a hotel. The lift works like it is a 100 year old one. Extremely poor interior. Hats off to the ones who have given a good review to this wrecked hotel.

Better not visit. There are much better options available at same price.

Why was it poor ??? Because too many reasons ...The more you write for all these, the less it will be. You have to call again and again for the smallest thing. The hotel is also running in poverty, it seems that something has to be done by taking donation from the customer. Say something else while booking a hotel After book behave like a lady. Something is good but it is nothing more than not being good

All is need to improve giving service to a Guest. While you are paying 2400+ charges for staying in a hotel you will always ask for the service irrespective of ROOMS and Bed and environment. So few rooms are good but service is worst. So If you don't have any options only then you can choose this hotel other wise I'll say avoid.
