Hotel Cordial Courtesy - Hotel in Nagaon - Nagaon, India

I wonder how this hotel got its name: it's neither 'Cordial' nor 'Courteous'. This was one of the worst stay experiences in my 20 yrs of travels. They are charging more than Rs4500 per night through MMT; however, they don't have a running kitchen, you have to give continuous reminders to them for breakfast which ultimately arrives around 8:45 AM, there is none to man the reception till 1030 hrs., the AC doesn't give you cooling even if kept at Turbo and stops working when the generator is on, the bedsheets are dirty and old; I can keep going on till the cows come home. The owner should seriously think if he wants to continue like this or focus on his roadside eateries. One should not pay more that Rs1500 for their sub-standard rooms and services. Would never return to this hotel.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. I had my parents with me. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well.

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen in my 10 yrs of travelling experience. Hotel owner and his manager told me to leave the room at 10pm within this lockdown situation just because I want GST bill. They are very arrogant and don't have minimum manners to talk with customer. I think 0 star is much higher. They deserve minus (-)

Very expensive for the place and facilities. We waited for dinner for more than an hour as kitchen was busy with home delivery order! Had to wake staff in the morning to prepare bfast despite getting confirmation at night. Stay only if no other option available

Centrally located in Haibargaon above Axis Bank. The property is having 10 rooms. Relatively a newer property with all the modern amenities. However they don't have parking place, one has to park in the road where they have Night guard who looks after the cars and premises. Also the owner has his house just a block away and he allows Car to park at his premises. I have also parked my car there.. They have restaurant in the ground floor named TEN 11.

Very bad experience, AC not working properly ,Price is way too high for quality of rooms offered. Unprofessional staffs with very bad service.

Nice cozy hotel. Spacious rooms, adjacent to Main road , situated at the centre of the Nagaon Town. Good budget stay.. Restaurant ia also good.
