I am very regular to howrah., i am regular customer to this hotel., but last month and todayi had very worst experience with staff, their room service and behaviour is very ridiculous, when i asked to give management number, they didn't give moreover said there we dont care about customer, u come or not...... At reception i found the same person, if we complained about room service he said customer are not important and their is no food restaurant is only for snacks who drink alcohol, they even wont bring food from outside...no hot water even in morning..... If asked... They say no.... Over all from these 2 months....... It is worst, rude, and ridiculous hotel......it changed..... Management has to take care, otherwise management had to suffer for he behaviour of their rediculous staff
The service of this hotel is so ridiculous that even if I have a very big emergency in future, no matter how much trouble I am in, I would prefer to sleep on the railway platform instead of staying in this hotel.I have stayed in room number 601 of this hotel. On the sixth floor, TV in the room is bad, AC is bad, wardrobe is there but it does not open.. Bathroom is the most dirty, restaurant food is very bad.
Rooms were clean and affordable rate you can get room in 1800 RS including gst. They have beer bar and dance bar in there hotel.
Don't like the behaviour of the manager and staff asking for tips. Overall not satisfied. Dislike
Have you ever know the real meaning of worst then come here really poor service no water in washroom no soap nothing just a room where you can sleep even the telephone of my room is disconnected is this really 3star may be it is 3 star just by the height of the building but there is no service like 3star they gave us water bottle which is filled with water not sealed opened water bottle I don't how I can stay here even charges are also high.

Room services are affordable . It is under budget . You can get room at 719 without AC ,TV service which is good for students or bachelor who has less budget for 24 hours . AC rooms are 1200-1600 with TV or without TV as you want . Hotel corridors are bit dirty & mosquitoes prey in rooms . Better take your own bedsheet & even mosquitoes replent . I took this room as i had just to stay for hours & rest of time i was away wandering & exploring Kolkata . I stayed for 3 days for only 2100 rs which is cost of 12hr stay in some hotels .
Not poor its very poor. Last night I checked in with my family at night. Seriously the hotel is horrible. Niche dance baar. Log drunk ghum rhe. I didn't fine safe at all. I recommend all the girls do not visit this hotel. Room was stinking. Bedsheet and blanket was dirty. Very bad condition.
