The room was ok but not well maintained as many lights were broken and the washroom also had dirty water and rusted fittings. Room service was also bad as the people were not even competent enough to clean some cold drink spilt on the floor and made the whole room floor sticky. One of the mirror also gave the feeling of being a 2 way mirror too. The food ordered from the room was also over priced.

PLEASE DON'T BOOK. the manager is the most pathetic of it. The entire staff is suspicious. Please donot book as they will loot you. The food is horrible and the Manager on duty ( the man with too many potholes on his face ) is the worst thing is. Ift

Worst receptionist. Unhygienic & unclean rooms and pathetic service. Please don't go here. There are other hotels nearby for the same price.

Worst experience ever The rooms are very dirty the construction is too old, toilets are not clean, taps not working water leaking from all the taps, receptionist, manager's behaviour is too rude as if you're staying free of cost in the hotel. I'll suggest not to stay in this hotel.

Worst pathetic hotel never recommended for families. People who had given more than 2 stars are paid reviews in reality it's a zero star hotel..Only good thing is location near howrah railway station and bus stand. Whisky bottles are lying outside room , person at reception too rude, they don't know how to speak..

Worst behaviour of manager, Never came here with family. Manager on reception behave rudely to 2-3 new customers including me
