Hotel Maheshwari Avenue - Hotel in Ujjain - Ujjain, India

This was my worst experience with this hotel, zero no. to hospitality, zero no. to management and cleanliness. If you'll order something the staff will have the first sip then your chance will come. For any order you just have to wait.. wait.. and wait.. and when you'll complain there would be No sorrow from their side, they'll just say "Time to lagta hai". If you want this kind of hospitality, you're must welcome to this so called hotel.

ROOMS:- rooms were ok however lack of cleanliness was observed during the stay. quite expensive though. LOCATION: Very close to the temple gate let's say 100 metre. PARKING: as the hotel is situated inside a narrow lane, one can't park vehicle at the hotel however nearby temple parking can be used. Hotel staff didn't let us know about the parking issue due to which we had to park approximately 2 km away from the hotel. That was the worst part of our stay RESTRAUNT: quality of food was really good.

The behavior of the hotel staff is not proper towards the customers. The behavior of the receptionist is also not proper. Room rent cannot be negotiated, the rent remains the same. Rooms are not cleaned on time. The food in the restaurant is good but the behavior of the receptionist is not proper, room charge has to be paid separately for ordering food and drinks in the room. The overall rating points from 2 to 3.

Reaching this hotel is bit challenging specially if you are carrying too much luggage. Otherwise location is the USP of this property. Temple is just a minute away.

Hotel has a very good front and reception for waiting or resting outside the room in case of early check in or for group's meeting. The dining restaurant is very big and food served is also very good. Room s are spacious and well maintained. Some rooms though have Indian WC which can be changed on request at the time of check ins.

Hotel stinks and has leakage all over. Very confused and suffocating location and rooms. No cleaning at all and they are fraud as well, they send fake pictures and take money from you and later fight to return back. It is not a family place to stay so please beware. Very rude staff and do not fall for fake reviews.

Rooms are Neat and Clean.. Staff Service was Good. But the Best part is It is Very Close to Mahakaleshwar Temple. Like Just 200 meters.

Worst rooms NO POWER BACK UP AC ARE SWITCHED OFF USING MCB Worst ever experience Dirty, smelling rooms. Dirty and unhygienic washroom. Water leaking taps. The staff and manager are very arrogant. Inspite of seeing the reviews of other customers i took a chance to book the hotel. It was really a very bad decision. Please some one give them the knowledge of how a 3 star hotel is. They call it a 3 star hotel with nonpower backup
