Worst hotel ever , the room was not clean , in washbasin the tap was broken result not operable, even the bed we had in our room was broken , and the receptionist dont have any manner to talk , even the workers there dont have any etiquettes and for winter days they dont even provide with hot water they'll only say that they provide hot water . According to their services charges are too high , if there was an option to give rating in minus i would really like too . Every autowala have the patchup with this hotel so they will take you there only but dont go there . It's worst.
Worst hotel ,worst service and Managers behavior is bad with customers .Manager has no manners to talk . I have paid advance, but I went there and visited room, it's was smelling like hell, bedsheet was totally dirty, when I complained same. Manager started argument and shouted. They have to return my full advance even. There are many other budget friendly good hotels also.. like Hotel Stayam inn..

Worst hotel I have ever visited in my traveling life.. Worst service, worst receptionist, no cleanness and hygiene.. I stayed there for 3 days and they did not even changed the bedsheets and cleaned the room while I was there.. Wash basin flask was broken too resulting inoperable.. Please don't do there... Please.. I wish if there was a zero rating available so could rate it accordingly..

Decent place. Quite close to shri mahakaleshwar temple. The staff is nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms aren't very big but okay. It was clean and hygienic. The service was good. The price was also quite affordable.

Hotel owner is a soft spoken gentleman. There was an issue with top floor room and he offered to change our room. Rooms are neat and clean and location of the hotel is excellent. No issue with day staff but night Staff needs to be little more active
