Hotel Mahalaxmi - Hotel in Ujjain - Ujjain, India

Never ever book this hotel guys. Never experienced such a bad experience booking this hotel in my life. This hotel should be banned and their licence should be cancelled. Below are the negative points. 1) They are not giving a bottle of water after booking room. it should be complementary with booking. 2) Staff is so rude and not cooperative. Manager is also very rude and arrogant person. 3) They also denied to arrange tea or coffee. I asked manager to arrange tea and milk but he told me that get it from outside though they have kitchen. He told me that if you want then it will take long time. 4) No hot water coming from tap. We request to provide hot water two time but they denied. My child has to take bath using cold water and he caught with coughing and fever. 5) There are cockroaches and insects in the room and rooms are not hygienic.

Location is walking distance to the temple. Hotel service and cleanliness is the worst. Washroom are flooded with drainage water, which was swept away from the stair case downwards from 2nd floor. None of the staff's bothered about it. I had to fight asking them to change my room even though other rooms were vacant. How can one use washroom which is blocked due to drainage waste? Boilers for hot water was also not working. We faced issues of hot water being winter season during our visit. Wouldn't recommend to anyone mostly due to washroom blockage and cleanliness Issues.

Bad experience against money paid for, the quality of the room is very low. No service against the same, not even a bottle of water, you have to pay and buy water also. Hot water for the bath is not available. All door locks and switches are faulty and damaged. They are least concerned about providing service also, their only motto is to earn more and more, as they are getting a crowd advantage. Not upto mark what charges for. I suggest to book a hotel, prior a month, so this type of people can't take advantage.

guys I really experienced very nice over here because the hotel staff are very cooperative, friendly in nature and talking about the rooms , these are well furnished and awesome. If you are searching for a hotel in ujjain near mahakaleshwar mandir "it's the best option". the best thing that I found is its location as it has just 500mtrs of distance which we can say walking distance from shree mahakaleshwar mandir, Shipra river, harsiddhi mata mandir and lots of places to visit.

I would like to suggest everyone to never book this Hotel. It's staff behaviour is not good and they are not good for family. They have offer only one blanket for 2 room set people. When we have asked for another blanket they have told me it's chargeable. If you visit the Mahakal then please go away from this hotel

the room are very dirty. hotel service is not good.smoking smell in rooms. very bad experience in this hotel. vest off money. this is not a hotel this service like dharmshala. room service is very bad. no hot water in bathroom. ac not proper working. no intercom in room so no contact reception.

Best and comfort place to stay in ujjain Close to chipra ghat and mahakaal

Swift and easy check inn process. Located very near to Mahakal Temple. Room provided was neat and clean. Only drawback is lack of Hot water for which hotel provided us immersion rod. Overall fair deal for the given price range .
