Never take rooms in this hotel.. First they booked for 6 people for 1750... After payment they said there are only 4 bed take another room for 550.. After reaching there the check in time was 10 am we reached about 9.. then they asked 500 more to enter before an hour.. Rooms were not ok, with family it was not comfortable. Pow cleanliness, Hotel guy tried to fool us by giving some other room, no add-ons or beverage, rates were high as per stay time.

Worst stay ever in my life. For Rs 2400 per room the washrooms were not clean, no water supply, no kind of room service (even for a glass of water). The owner / reception guy was very rude. When I asked him for cleaning of washrooms, he simply said it's not a five star hotel. Cmon, clean washrooms are a must for any star hotel. Avoid booking online Hotels for Ujjain. Reach there take auto and see the hotel yourself and decide on the pricing. Pathetic hotel with senseless staff. JUST AVOID.

Very bad rooms. Not a proper bed sheet and blankets. Many things are not good.

Worst experience ever had in my lifetime. Very bad rooms, no water, dirty bed sheets, no hygiene, AC not working. We have booked rooms for two days online and paid amount in advance but no facility provided. We have to vacate rooms within a day. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff also very rude and non cooperative. I don't have words to describe my experience. Please don't book rooms in this hotel.

Worst hotel , I have ever seen. We booked 3 bed non ac room from Yatradham website for around Rs 1500. Worst experience. No proper cleaning. Bathroom was dirty and with bad smell. Water pressure in taps was very low. It would take hours to fill a single bucket with water. Room was full of mosquitoes. This is not located on main street, it is located in narrow lane. One may not even reach there by car. Never ever book this place.

I recently stayed at Hotel Mahakal Vishram , and it was a complete disaster. The hotel was dirty, with rubbish strewn about everywhere. It was not fit for a human to live in, and I feel like I wasted my money on this terrible experience. To make matters worse, there was no staff to be found, which made it difficult to address any issues that arose during my stay. The toilets were particularly bad, with grime and filth covering every surface. The smell was so overwhelming that I felt sick, and I nearly vomited on several occasions. Overall, I cannot recommend Hotel Mahakal Vishram to anyone. It was a complete disappointment and a waste of money. I urge anyone considering a stay here to think twice and look for alternative accommodations.

Reasons to not to stay in this hotel....... (1) Room is so smelly and dirty that is unable to explain. (2) Room looks like railway waiting hall. (3) Washroom and bathroom was so dark. (4) No Television. (5) hotel is located in slum area with smelly surroundings. ...Overall hotel is full of negativity. Room looks like Rs. 100/- wala.
