Overall experience was good. Room was clean and sufficient for 2 people. Far from the temple but locality was good. Eatery shop, cafes and other shops are near to hotel. Near to Nana bus stand. Staff was cooperative but need to remind twice or thrice for something. I will recommend. Recommended
I appreciate Ravi who worked 24 hrs. for room svc. We checkdin at 22:40 hrs. Ravi handled our baggage both the times. He prepared n sreved tea early morning. Served n refilled breakfast n tea in restaurant. watered the plants too. Management needs improvement. Intercom in rooms was out of order. only a small shampoo sachet n mini soap was provided as toiletries. We had to ask for towels. We requested for room cleaning in the afternoon. They denied it saying we should tell them in the morning only.
Not worth the cost, after taking 2.5 to 3 thousand per day they don't even provide a single water bottle as complimentary. No option for breakfast other than Aloo Paratha.
Cleanliness is OK, location is approx 05 km from temple but it's OK, parking space available. Now comes to second part - 1. Committed Room size 288 Sq.ft but actually it is 10 x16 = 160 Sq.ft and bathroom 5x 8 = 40 total 200 Sq.ft instead of 288 Sq.ft 2. Drivers accommodation not available they asked to sleep in terrace where all junks are dumped. 3. Intercom and TV not working 4. In Buffet breakfast they have only 02 options and Tea quality is worst

The Owner and manager of the hotel are very money minded and cheap people and ready to loot the devotees at Ujjain. When I have booked the hotel in all its showing Max 4 guest is allowed but while I had checkin, manager told us that only 2 people are allowed. And after that he said for other 2 people he can arrange a mattress for 500 per person. When I agreed and was ready to pay the amount he said the rate is for kids for adults it's 1250 per person!!!, even he had seen all 4 family member even then he said 500 per person for extra mattress but after that he backed from his words and selling his each mattress at 1250 per person. I have raised complain in goibigo but nothing happened. It's better to stay at Hotel near me Ujjain Railway station like Avantika hotel.
Bathrooms were not at all in condition, walls in the room have water leaking inside them. Ok for just one night stay and not more than that.
Rooms are good but maintenance is very poor, it is having loads of bedbugs

Hotel owner is a soft spoken gentleman. There was an issue with top floor room and he offered to change our room. Rooms are neat and clean and location of the hotel is excellent. No issue with day staff but night Staff needs to be little more active
If you're looking for a budget friendly visit, then this place is highly recommended. You can see the temple View from your room. We arrived at 7.30am and the owner was kind enough to provide us an early check-in. Hygiene is of utmost priority to us
