Worst hotel, staff are not at professional.

Am surprised why such type of hotel has mapped. Experienced below:- 1:- Shabby room 2:- Bedsheet n pillow were so stingy. 3:- Phone was not working. 4:- TV was not working. 5:- Rude behavior of room assistant. 6:- Towel was not provided in evening, saying that we haven't towel right now, it will provide in morning. 7:- After number of reminders they provided me drinking water. I was so tired of day work flow otherwise I never stay in such kind. I know, that you think that I wrote extreme, but this is true. I've attached photos for your reference.

two good things about this hotel-(1)location wise it is good.very near to railway station and near to dargah too. (2) secondly you dont have to pay too much for food.you get it in your budget. rest is horrible experience.room service guy was a real threat.i had stayed here for a day.i asked room service guy for water when he came to drop me to my room to which he said that he will bring it within a minute.half an hour had passed, no water no room service guy,on the top of it intercom of the room was also not working.i had to drink water from my own bottle to drench my throat.finally i had to go to reception and get my room changed.which they changed after recalling them twice about it.again that **** room service guy came to take me to my toom.i reminded him that i havent received water yet.he apologised and said that he forgot about it and will bring it right now.again there was no water for half an hour.but this time intercom was working in new room.i called and asked for water to which receptioner himself came with water bottle.i asked him for a soap which he ignored.in evening that devil room service guy again appeard for room service and asked me if i had to order some food.after delievery of food to me he and his fellow guy asked me for tip as they were going to village the nexy day.they said"sir hm abhi gaon jaa rahe hain.kuch dekh lo." they were asking me for tip.service tip while there was no service at all.cheapsters.i said i have 500 notes only and no change to which they offered that they would bting change.i had only a ten rupee note that time which they agteed to take.hahaha.next day the same guy came with food to me.wo koi gaon ni gya. such a crap.at least serve better.if u do serve better, you will never need to ask for tip, guest will give it to you out of his own will.

The size of the room is good but the bedsheet is too dirty. Also the pillow cover is too dirty. And when I requested them to change them, they answered that today the laundry man did not come so I can't change it. Along with this there is no light in bathroom.

Worst stay ever. A very shady place to stay. Staff including the manager were rude. Infact, they were drunk. ... I changed three rooms because of some reasons. The first room was very dirty and filthy. The second room was open. Open as in open to the outside. The third room's drawers had cockroaches in it. The fourth one was ok. Not that good. Toilets in all the rooms were in a bad condition.

I don't recommend this hotel. Counter attendants are very dishonest. I booked and paid fully for two double bed rooms..., but during check-in they asked us to submit Rs-500 as advance, yes they given a receipt for that. But the matter of strange is that, during check out they deducted Rs-50 for two "unsealed" "used" water bottles with "normal and dusty water" provided during check-in in our two rooms ! Not only that , any how they managed us to pay more 200 rupees, when we asked them to keep our baggage in the hotel for few hours after check out. During our journey we are staying in many hotels but no were any hotel charged us extra money for keeping our baggage in the hotel after check out. Everywhere they provide us a separate and secured place for keeing our baggage.

Absolutely pathetic people. Shamolic infrastructure .No hygiene and no facilities. People on counter were drunk on counter. Cheap attitude. Pathetic food.look like a godown.. actually I don't want to give even single star but that option is not available.Even they adding unnecessary things and bills of other customers and they don't even believe you and don't keep record.Also they will ask more money at check-in and simply ignore you at the time of check-out.Visit this place if you want to have THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE. No lighting and very unsafe for women and children, even for men also. You don't realize it is a hotel ; or godown. More importantly the person who gave 5 stars rating are in the staff, very hilarious and malicious business prectice. Very rude and arrogant employees. Please don't visit ....Hotel HELL...

The hotel is hidden in a shopping complex and without the help of locals you wont be able to locate the hotel easily. The staircases were coloured red with pan and gutkha spits. The room walls were moist and they gave me a corner room without proper ventilation. Provided me an unclean towel which they didn't replace even after asking a clean towel. Frequent power cuts irritated me as there was no provision of generator or emergency power suppl. Mosquitoes were hounding me throughout the stay. When asked about breakfast in morning they said it will start at 6am. But till 8am they keep procrastinating. Also no where on the site they mentioned that they will take advance sum for food and other services which they charged upon reaching there.
