Hotel Moin Mahal - Hotel in Ajmer - Ajmer, India

Room is good. But their service is just horrible. People working there are not cordial at all. The only saving grace of this palce is that it is situated just near Gate 4 of Dargah. Which makes easier to go to Dargah for Ibadaat and Ziarat very easy. Other than that, not happy with the service at all.

Terrible and rude staff. This guy at reception is Sajid. Extremely oversmart and rude. He doesn't understand the difference between 12:30 in the morning and 12:30 in the afternoon, they should atleast have educated man at the reception. Made us wait at reception for a very long time along with my family. Water runs out everyday for more than 3 hours. Over priced rooms and extremely noisy air conditioners. Won't pick up luggage to rooms and back. Towels are dirty and smelly. Had worst stay in here. Couldn't wait to check out. They should fire out this uneducated guy Sajid. And I still don't think that will help. 3rd class hotel.

Honest review, I have been staying in this hotel from 16Oct 8:00 till 19Oct 15:00, Nice hotel when ever we visit dargha Sharif it has always been a good experience apart from the network connections in this area, staff is good but sometimes it's difficult to communicate and make them understand what exactly we need, food may completely dependent on what are they serving i have had a mixed experience so certainly unable to express apart from all this it's good.

Lovely place with great ambience and access to Ajmer Dargah with loads of testa and other shops around.Can be reached with Rickshaw

Absolutely worth the price. Spacious rooms, cleanliness & good service. Very near to dargah. U can hear all the religious processions. Very calm & soothing.

Hotel in very narrow street but better then other in good price. Staff is helpful and overall good experience. Generally price vary depend on muslim festivals or dargah shrif special programs
