Hotel Khushi International - Hotel in Diu - Diu, India

Room Service is very poor here, there is no telephone to connect to the room service, we have to go to the reception to tell them everything. Lift is not working. Room is not proper clean & very fusty smell coming from the room, blanket is also not proper clean & many holes ste there in blanket. No parking facility available. There are many cockroaches in the washroom. On the website rooms pictures are good but at actual room is very different, many cracks are there on wall. No chair or sofas in the room but in website they have posted such type of photos that there is wardrobe & sofa is also in the room. Not satisfied with the service & room. Don't follow website images to book this hotel.

Room and toilet were small. Bar and Restaurant was closed. Centre table and chairs were not provided. Sea view room was not given. Staff was cooperative.

Very Dirty Rooms and cockroaches everywhere . Smelling curtains and mattress with bed bugs inside it. Brilliant place to SPOIL your vacation.

Worst hotel seen so far. do not recommend to anyone. Don't waste money by booking this hotel. Not good facility. worst reception staff. not listening in one time. If you ask for any service they taking high charges from you. We asked for stay 1-2 hours due to late check-in they told us it will charge half day booking amount. we requested that we already pay lot of amount over bookings because they did not provide good air facility hotel fans not working properly for that we pay extra for ac service. in short don't go over that rates once you reach there you will charge more for every service which should not charge that amount. tasteless tea which they charge 40 rs really? horrible experience with rooms not cleaned and good. If you wish not to experience bad traveling then don't choose this hotel. rest is your choice.

Diu is very small city and every where you will see beaches so this Hotel situated direct in front of sea side and fort is only 1Km and INS khukri ship is only 200 meters far. Diu is open UT for Drink and there are lot of Drink shops next to the Hotel also you we smell huge fishy smell which is very bad.

hotel location and cleanliness was great no doubt .Staff is also good and support.In house beverages are also good.value for money good connectivity with tourist places . nice places to eat near by .equal proportion of couple and family in hotel . who chose non-ac room but it was comfortable because of good ventilation.big windows for wind

This place does not even deserve a single star. I am giving single star because that is the minimum rating possible.... everything about this hotel is bad. Worst. For starters, this hotel is situated in an extremely dirty pocket. Local hawkers are right outside the hotel. And all hawkers are dirty. Spitting, coughing everywhere and anywhere....don't even think of going here alone. Leave aside family. The property is worst. Building is ruined down totally. Tiles on floor, walls.... everything is broken. Rotten. And there is no cleanliness. The sea outside smells bad all the time. And this place adds to it....the smell alone is sufficient to give you horrors. Rest the condition of building will do.... If you book this one, be prepared for the worst experience of your life....
