Stayed in room 311. Very Budget room with not much space. Has elevator. 24 hrs hot water. Very strategic location. AC remote not provided, need to call reception to turn on and off. Light in bathroom not Working.

The staff is very rude . If i can give minus rating i would have given minus . The rooms are not clean . Washrooms are not clean and if you ask them to clean it they say it's clean only and the service is very bad . They give response rudely every time and don't listen to you and fight with you. The worst experience ever. Don't take room in this hotel.

Too close to temple. But as this is on the main crossing road there is nuisance of all night long vehicle's horns won't let you sleep. They don't even provide bathing soaps.

It is a bad place it's maintanence is very bad only some expensive room are clean some,and rent is inexpensive so don't visit here I would tell to book an other hotel

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. They charged me Rs 3000 for a non-AC room worst than a room of normal Dharmashala. No lights in the lift. Rooms were dirty, smelling, no towels & toiletries provided. Staff were rude & manner less. Do not stay in this room even if given free of cost.

If i have an option of giving zero ,i would have confidentially given a zero star The behaviour of the people was extremely rude ,they even say to empty the room making the customer to feel greedy in rush times.i visited the hotel at the time of holi and choosing this hotel was biggest mistake. After a long trip i was expecting a good hotel but the behaviour of the manager was extremely rude .He felt us like we are begging even he was charging 50 rs for a bedsheet in room.I would have paid but the way of talking was extremely bad. Please do not stay at this hotel at any cost as it has been a worst decision for us Even the room not clean and untidy as compare to that the charges were extremely high. please find the attachment of photo as a proof and do not stay here as the behaviour of manger is worst Worst hotel room not clean towel was very dirty , all the things in the room was like a dirty hall .

Owner behavior very rude and no manner to how to talk customers Please don't stay on in this hotel

Dirty rooms, unhygienic, noisy, smelly. The rooms are small, kambal looked like it had not been washed since ages, the linen though white had stains, the corners of rooms were literally black as dust had accumulated, mirrors stained and white, cement chipping, seepage in the rooms, in the corridor you would see big drums open that are used as dustbin right as you step out of the lift, pocha is stinky but kept in public area. We left the room within 2 hours. The windows open to some huts. There restaurant next to the place is okay but very expensive. Had a horrible experience and felt disgusted the whole time because of the unhygienic conditions. The owners font care if you like or dislike the room or if you dont want to stay . If proximity to hotel is your requirement, then also i would suggest other hotels.. else better to move out to a nicer location since auto availability is good.
