Worst experience this time, ordered food is coming mate by more than 1 hr we need to remind them for the same. Next day we ordered food at 7:15 pm and got a call from their kitchen at 8:30 pm that only 1-2 items will be available and we need to cancel the same. At the time of checkout we asked them for drop at Katra Railway station and they didnt informed about the charges and when the driver went to drop us he asked directly for money and we were also not informed about the same. They must think about customer satisfaction..........
Accomodation was nice , best part is staff and owner very very helpful to plan our journey hassle free. Would surely recommend . Food quality could have been better rest satisfied.
