At first when the staff went to show us the way to the room.. he found that the room is already open and hotel manager was sleeping in it. We let it go and then asked for the room key.. which he said he'll give in few minutes. The switch boards beside the bed, electric kettle and refrigerator were not working. After some time he came back with the room card which was literally a waste. Coz when were going out in the evening, we were unable to lock the room. Our luggage was inside, so we asked at front desk and the guy there assured us he will lock the room... After few hours when we came back our room was never locked. This was the worst experience i have ever had. 3000 for such hotel is too much over priced..

Pathetic experience. In cooperative money minded staff. The room was not clean, breakfast served was terrible which seemed intentional. Complete money waste. Never again

Rooms are bit old looking, Hotel needs facelift, Ac and Linen . Ground floor is musical, nice n refreshing u can enjoy, location is very much perfect city35 centre happening Rates sub Market.

Rooms are spacious, good vibes, and hygiene is very good. Service is also good and easy to reach location.

I pay for 2nights which is too much expensive. And its not worth it. Services of hotel is too good. Staff of hotel is also too good. Rooms are hygienic and clean. Also free entry in peddlers PUB. Some major negatives...1: No fans in rooms. 2: No mini bar or refrigerator works in room.3: No electric kettle available in room.4: charging ports and electric switch are not proper working.5: No bathing gel are available in washroom. Only soap and shampoo available.6: No bucket and Bathing Mug is available in washroom.

was not worth it at all to me. The room was way too old and not even repaired. Few Walls and cupboards were full of fungus. The room was spacious, no doubt to that but the chair or bed or even mattress was somewhat broken already. I may live with all these but on the reception and the hospitality front, it was a disaster. Way too rude behaviour from the staff. When i did a complaint about something, they said it's your fault, our hotel remains occupied all the time. I said good for you . Kindly ask the hotel management to put some sense into this person at the reception desk if they really want a business out of this.I won't suggest this hotel for anything else than Location.

All that glitters is not gold. Totally waste of money, due to bad condition of hotel's room we had to face health issues such as allergy. Dont go with the images posted on websites, bad stinky rooms and bathrooms, even the worst part room phone was not working in our room for every times we had to go down at reception to request for any order or service. Some of the Wall and table were not in good condition...

I have visited with my wife on 25 aprail 2022 .room was good as shown in pics but a little bit small.however interior is quite impressive.we have order lunch also which was testy. overall nice place to stay..
