wud suggest anyone with family not to stay at this place,,,pathetic service and the staff is very rude and all room service like geyser, ac and TV not working properly. The staff disconnects this service from their maintenance room. They don't provide any assistance or even take interest in helping to fix the services If planning to stay in diu with family,,than wud strongly suggest to avoid this place
Overall it's good hotel, lacking private parking space but affordable and comfortable. Swimming pool is clean and spacious so you can chill at evening staff is good, service is good. Market is near so its remote area. If you want affordable swimming pool hotel then it's good option.
Third class service when we check in room not well maintained and not proper service by hotel staff . Asked for towel at the time of chek in but didn't recived till 2 days. They don't even have bedsheet for additional bed. it's good to stay in guest house rather than staying here
Total waste of money, very poor ambience. Liquor smell all over place, dont even think to use pool, as drinkers vomit in it. Worst experience of life so far in hotel stays. Very bad and smelly rooms, rooms are designed very badly and pathetic. Toilets are even worst than local public toilets at bus, rail stops. Toilet doors do not have latch, lock. We had to get them cleaned twice before check in. Toilet drainage bad, wash basin cracked, we didnt even dared to brush in the morning. Luckily we had another hotel booked where we brushed, bathed.
One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. It felt like a private very clean,a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Diu. Swimming pool,Garden and Hotels are also in thier.Hotel Hemal Garden are such a great place for stay in Diu.
Very nice place room we were saved was okay but the ground they have is superb and we had a good night party there. What to say about that. But still the staff of there I think they are not professional. Need to improve how to serve. In the morning we ordered few things for breakfast. How much time they are taking for a tea also. And when other things come tea became cooler. Not singl star for food services only for place.

Uncomfortable stay! Non hygiene place! Not for family! Please check rooms before booking! We had booked on goibibo and had attracted by watching photos but when we actually visited, rooms were totally different! This is just like guest house and they are charging heavy hotel charges!
Proper hygiene maintained in rooms...hot n cold water facilities in shower available 24 hrs ..best ac rooms in suitable price ... worth of money ..just loved the place very much ...

Only beach that would be open if every other beaches are closed. However, there would no safety and no-one to take care of anyone so it is all your risk but it is really good.
