The most unhygienic room ever CLEANLINESS: 1. Cockroach: There was a cockroach on the bedside which appeared 5 minutes after entering the room 2. USED WATER BOTTLES: There were empty used water bottles kept in the bedroom almirahs, at least 10 used water bottles And there were no fresh new water bottles or glasses provided in the room When I tried to inform the receptionist about these used bottles, then he didn't believe me and when he came to the room to check it out He just started laughing, he didn't even have the audacity to clean it or get those bottles removed 3. USED DRINKING WATER: We asked for a water bottle in the morning and what we were given was an opened bottle which was used earlier! Also, we checked in late night and there was no kitchen or basic coke services as well Completely terrible! Never stay here

Best Hotel in this budget. Bed, Room & Washroom were neat and Clean. However it's not a 3-Star hotel. It's 2-Star hotel at its best. Overall an Excellent experience.
This hotel is a total fraud. I had to change 3 rooms just for reasons such as the door didn't lock properly and even after I got my 3rd room changed the door didn't work there too. I paid for breakfast and it turns out that these people don't have a kitchen down. Extremely ignorant man on the front desk. I don't think I should call it a front desk. 0 value for 1113 rupees. They charged me extra online for a complimentary breakfast. What does that even mean? Bathrooms in a horrible condition. The tv in the room didn't work, the AC didn't work. Window glass was broken. Nothing here really works to be honest. I don't expect a lot at Rs1113/- but then there's bare minimum this hotel could do like keep the doors proper and keep the bathrooms clean, they haven't done any of such thing. I really expect a refund after this experience. Do not book your stay at this hotel, it is a god damn fraud.
