Hotel Family inn - Indoor lodging in Aurangabad - Aurangabad, India

We had booked the room in advance however, when we reached hotel we were informed that the hotel is full. The hotel guys took us to another nearby hotel saying that that was owned by their owner too. Unfortunately, we had to stay at that hotel which didn't had much facilities and the furniture work was incomplete. Room didn't had TV and rooms were too small. Check out time was too early.

Worst hotel ever! Room is not clean and the other side of the wall are terrible falling(picture as below). The most let me mad is when we check out they asked for tips!? They said to turn on the AC was extra charge at the beginning and turned out it was included with the booking. We had to get over this for half hour. Location is good but the whole city is dusty which they should enhance the cleaning. Bedsheets are have serval spot of dirty. Credit on wifi and hot water.

Bad experience! We have booked AC room, but they gave us Non-AC even we had already paid the booking amount in advance.. they had the AC room available but they hid it and didn't give us. Later, after sometime they gave us AC room after speaking to them a lot but charged more than what was discussed earlier. Also, you won't get hot water sometimes in the morning, if you ask them to check, they will take lot of time... Overall I found poor service and facilities! Now the choice is yours.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Never ever book this hotel and the manager is a looter. He will behave sweetly but the moment you pay him, he changes his colours . He does not know how to talk to his guests and will abuse you irrespective of how well you talk to him. He charges based on 24 hour services (which he had mentioned to me earlier only) but I requested him that since I dont have anywhere to go at 7am in the morning and I was an alone female can I please stay till 9am. I also promised that I would clear the room if a guest arrives and make sure that he is at no loss. Mind you I was here for 3 nights so I had Given him enough business already. He agreed to give me the room till 9 AM and said he would call me if there was a guest. The next morning I came out at 9 AM also ordered a tea which I had and then the Owner said that I have to pay him the rent for the whole day make I slept in for two hours. This made no sense because he told me that I could stay until a new guest arrived. However I agreed to pay for the two hour extra hours But he was not ready to budge. He instead Started raising his voice and abusing me and told me that it was a problem of my character. I paid him the money wished him good luck but I would advise everyone to never book this hotel especially for females. Locality is horrible , the rooms are not worth it. Also, owner/ manager if you are reading this. Good luck to you

The experience was very bad. We booked 2 rooms but on arrival they denied us for checking into the second room and asked us to wait till 8 pm. Then they kept on saying that give us 300 more for any tea or water bottles, if not taken it will be refunded. This is a trap. This hotel is situated in a core area where it is so dangerous. The area is not safe for tourist. The hotel manager, talks friendly but he is real chindi chor in reality. They will just deny everything and will try to scam in every possible way. They will also not let you to soak the wet clothes in the balcony.

Firstly they gave us Non AC room on AC room charges. The pillow cover was too dirty with hairs on the bedsheet and the floor was too dusty. And we told them then they changed them. Our check in time was morning 7 and we were very tired so we just slept. We call them on 12 to give us the AC room as they have charged for AC and then they changed the room on 3 pm. So we have to shift the room, because of their carelessness. Another day, our check out time was 7 in the morning and we left the room at 7:20. Just because of 20 mins late they were charging full day rent. We told them how they can charge just for 20 mins late but atlast they were telling to pay half day charge. Worst experience ever

Noisy ceiling fan and lot of noise even with ear plugs from the nearby road. Hard bed and hard pillows. Bathroom next to gas station without proper window. But big room and relatively clean.
