Krishna Sir is a fantastic yoga teacher. He has a deep knowledge of yoga and a great understanding of how to teach it. In one class, I was struggling with a pose. Krishna Sir came over to me and adjusted my alignment. He was able to pinpoint exactly what I was doing wrong, and he gave me some helpful tips. After his adjustment, I was able to do the pose much more easily. In another class, I was feeling very stiff. Krishna Sir noticed that I was struggling, and he modified the pose for me. He didn't just tell me to skip the pose, he found a way for me to do it that was still challenging and beneficial. Thank You Sir

'Since attending peace yoga academy over the past 9 months I have felt more connected to my body, my breath and aware of my alignment in my day to day life . Krishna sir shares his extensive yoga philosophy knowledge which supports my understanding of yoga and postural practice. The yoga room is beautiful with lots of light, well equipped and I always feel welcome. Krishna sir encourages familiarity and experimentation with the props including the wall and ropes. I have become more confident and comfortable knowing when and how I need to use them for my own body as I become aware of my strengths and build upon my weaknesses.
