They experience was ok. They room was clean and tidy. The service was not that great and I dint get all the services I paid for specifically the wifi and the TV dint work.
Room is average, not worth the price. Service and location is good. Some bugs in room here and there. They charge 40rs for water (double the mrp) Breakfast was average. Even after booking club room, they tried to give us royale room, which is completely closed/no view. Club room have view, they changed the room after we pointed this out
We opted for a Family room and it was as perfect as it looks in the photos and also the services were promptly provided and the breakfast was tasty....Definitely recommend it. P.S : There is no provision of lifts. Although they will carry your luggage but you also have to use stairs to reach.

Good room. Great staff. We stayed overnight at a family suite and it had two king beds and nice neat bathroom. It is located at a great place and has good restaurants nearby. Kalsang restaurant and Sindhi sweets is recommended. I had misplaced my card and asked reception to check and they sent me cctv footage. That prompt. That good. No complaints. Do note it's a basic hotel and great for short or budget stays.
We were here for 3 nights and 3 days. Very unfussy n co operative staff, specially mukim, Ashish and others were really helpfull in any arrengements! Only thing is you have to step the staircase to reach the hotel because they don't have lift! Close to sukhna lake, rock garden for sightseeing!
