Worst they don't deserve one star. Staff think they are working in taj hotel .worst hotel. There was mouse in our room. There was smell in rooms . Sleeping in parks give you better experience then this hotel. Worst

property is average... doesn't matter.AC and Fan has no remote and other control. AC is set on 18 and fan speed is 5. NO intercom working. Agar AC off kru toh Garmi lge or agr on kru toh Room heavy CHILLED ho Jaye. Fan me bhi same problem. i have spoken to night manager. He tried his best but still problem not solved. but it's okay.Around 11 bje i go to the reception. A worker standing there on reception desk. i demands him for a blanket. Worker reception desk k sath lgte room pe ja kr baat krta h kisi se. or vo use gusse se jhadta hai. Or usi tone me mujhse bat krta hai ki blanket nhi hai. Even vo worker spare blanket de rha tha. nd said blanket already diye h, i said vo bedsheet ki tarah patla hai. Firse vo usi tone me bola "Nahi hai or"I asked him ki Aap Hotel me kis designation pr Hain. Then he replied, I AM A WAITER.And bad me mujhe pta lga He was DAY time manage, aged person around 40-45.most unprofessional. As a customer property me pareshani face krne k bad bhi, customer politely baat kr rha hai. Or vo so called waiter aise behave kr rha tha.property to already khrab hai...but i think ache manager apni dealings se customer ko satisfy kr dete.

Will not recommend to any one though off staying for 1 full night but the rooms were really unpleasant,dirty and lot. More I only stayed for 6 hours and left the place.not recommend to solo female traveller

I stayed in hotel City place for two days. It's a budget friendly hotel, for family Cost range around 1000-1300

I don't know about those who liked this hotel. I went to check in by booking on oyo. But when I reached there it was like dumpyard. Very small room and smelly too. No parking. And when I was leaving from hotel after checking the room. Hotel staffs were shouting from behind like hoye hoye. I think they were drinking there. Won't suggest to anyone

Very untidy place, dirty and broken rooms, broken and noisy beds, dirty sheets, stinky pillows and blankets, poor service, water with bleach on it, drinking water has bleach as well, very rude and mannerless staff, inappropriate guests entry, tiny and dangerous stair cage, hard to find the entry and no help or service offered with luggages. Lastly i would like to share my experience, we had to stay a few hours extra because our bus to next drop was late so we asked them if we could pay some extra and stay a bit longer. At first they're just so determined and rude to us and constantly asking us to leave right from 10:30 am. Later my friends requested them and we paid extra Rs600 for one room only so they let us stay till 9:00pm and this was done. We got busy with our stuff then, later by 7:00pm they started knocking our door again and again asking us to leave. We firstly dealt with kindness and told them that we did book it for another 2 hours as well so we'll be leaving at 9:00pm as decided but this continued happening. After every half an hour to 20 minutes they started knocking our door and misbehave with us. Not everyone of us were in the room and we hadn't pack till then so we replied rudely then and they went back, this was around 8pm. Then by around 8:45 they came and taunted & shouted on my friends to leave. Till then we're ready to leave, our bags were packed and laid outside. Even after seeing this they kept on shouting. I was in the bathroom and i can literally hear the staff shouting on my friends to leave. My friends were telling them that cannot you see our bags are all out and one of ours is using the washroom and it's an emergency (whereas it was indeed an female emergency) but they're not listening to anyone. I wrapped up as fast as i can and went out, told my friends to take the bags down and asked the man to go so that we can make the payments. That is when he left. Later on the reception, when we were making the payments he handed over the bill to me with which I've no objection regarding the price but when i complained them about the drinking water they served have bleach taste and smell they(all the staff available around) instantly refused and said i cannot blame such lies. I told them priorly itself that with the bill I'm gonna pay full but you need to know this that your water stinks and taste bleach. They all started shouting as if we're blaming them for something wrong and taking some strict actions. It was a very terrible experience overall. I suggest nobody visits this hotel until proper changes are made and most importantly the staff is either changed or trained.

The hotel is located in Sector 45 in City Chandigarh, where rooms are available at all times. The cleanliness of the room, bed room and washroom here is very good. The rooms here are definitely a bit expensive but Every room has ac and tv and good facility of hot water.

Very bad experience very poor service Room Rent is cheap but not clean Some small things can not be provided in the like a sleeper tawal fan can not working properly and many other issues
