Worst experience of our stay in this Hotel Rats running in room,no proper room services,no hygine , there is an electric panel in front of washrooms where 24*7 sparks can be seen on main line cables,worst food 120/- Thaali but there is nothing good to eat here, atmosphere is not good One feel uncomfortable when enters the Hall. Never book your rooms here And their prices are sooo high though they aren't providing anything upto that rent of room
Extremely unhygienic hotel. Do not stay there at any condition, if you are traveling solo or with the family. Bugs, cockroaches are at the every corner in the rooms. They pay well commission to local autowalas, so that they can suggest you #CityPalace is the best hotel in the city but believe me, they are the WORST of WORST
Service was worst. Hygiene wasn't maintained properly. Rats and cats were running all around the place. Food was tasteless. Electricity sparks were happening in our rooms. Never ever stay in this place.
Location is good near to temple But room has bed bugs there is no warm water for bath .doors of room do not open ,flash not working ,electricity often goes so air condition do not work on generator.very bad experience over all at city palace
Worst hotel ever visited bad service bad behaviour worst rooms bed with full of insects(khttml) and. Mosquitoes, rats etc.. everywhere the are charging room price also very High there is restaurent also in the basement it is also worst unhygienic food and unhealthy with worst taste I would never visited hotel like this in my entire life. Staff is also very rude room cleaner house keeper talking style is very rude worst experience.. If you are staying in this hotel you are just wasting your money and respect and compromising with your health also. If you are in ujjain you are not getting any hotel then please stay in dharamshala or street but please don't stay in such kind of hotel it is very harmful for health..
Extremely unhygienic place to live ,bugs in bed, staff no cooperative and they hell at customers housekeeping service is totally unprofessional, rooms are extremely dirty and not cleaned after every guest checks out no space for parking , no food or water bottle available for drinking water The rooms corridor smells like shitt. Please do not waste your money at all due to proximity to temple.
Worst hotel I have ever seen in my vacations life. Only the food was good. Washrooms were dirty and uncleaned. We were staying at there only because the location of this hotel. Mahakal mandir was near from the hotel. There was ac in the room but not working.
Very bad service. I do not recommend to stay here. Toilet is very dirty and Even AC is not property working. Staff always asks for money but do not work properly. Hotel staff did not keep their words. Very worst experience after staying here

Hotel owner is a soft spoken gentleman. There was an issue with top floor room and he offered to change our room. Rooms are neat and clean and location of the hotel is excellent. No issue with day staff but night Staff needs to be little more active
