I use this hotel very first time. Overall it's a good hotel. Just next to the railway station. Mahakaleshwar temple is just about 1.5 kilometers. Good restaurant. Nice and clean rooms.

Worst hotel i have ever seen, please don't consider this hotel for stay,
staff is totally mad specially reception old guy they don't understand anything at all. If you have a booking via online they will make sure that you wait for atleast 1 hr, & pretending they don't have booking etc etc my experience was worst, food is fine waiters are good, and i am writing all this also on behalf of a poor family who booked the room paying double the amount booked 2 rooms for 2 family they arrived early in the morning, but they failed to get a room, though they had a booking for 2 rooms.
Pathetic Hotel, Reception guy is totally mad. Find better option but don't consider this chandragupta hotel which is next to Krishna Sudhama hotel.
Room was not properly cleaned. Lots of cockroaches and insects. Food is excellent in their restaurant. Manager slightly uncooperative.
Food is tasty and affordable price. Rooms also good and location is also good. Best Experience.
Not so much enjoy the room electricity gone any time. Once we stuck in lift with family because of electricity cutoff. Washroom not clean should be.

We stay for 2 days with my children no any issue from staff service was very quick.restaurant and room was best, food quality and taste also good. Most thankful to rukmani, pravin thakor and other staff behavior like familiar and good service of rest
Hotel owner is a soft spoken gentleman. There was an issue with top floor room and he offered to change our room. Rooms are neat and clean and location of the hotel is excellent. No issue with day staff but night Staff needs to be little more active
