Excellent property with spacious and very comfortable rooms. 5-7mins walk from Katra bus stand. The hotel also provides free Banganga transfers at the time of your choice. The staff were friendly and very helpful when it came to giving information, arranging out station cabs etc.

Provide us essential amenities. Hand towel , bathrobe and washroom slippers are missing. What I loved the most in Best Western is their super yummy food. Morning buffet and afternoon A LA CARTE is super delicious. Iron board is not there which is not a big issue . Thing I supposed must be there is Pick and drop facility. Because we visited there on a rainy day. We do Hustle to find a cab. The pick drop facility will be very helpful if it is available. .
