Unhygienic, No room service standards. Property is vast but its useless. Kitchen area is in pathetic condition. Paid 2600 for double occupancy for just 1 night. Room condition was also bad, bed sheet was not cleaned, bathroom was dirty, they don't provide toiletries, asked for towel 10 times and then they provided, no napkins, No room cleaning. Think before you book the room, they says they are full and all rooms are booked but it's not. Not worth to stay

Overall a pathetic experience and all this is due to the night manager. There were no towels provided, and upon asking, the behaviour of the manager on night duty was extremely rude. Further, the TVs were not working and no help was provided by the night duty manager. This guy has ruined the entire experience and carries a pathetic behaviour. The bathrooms were smelling pathetic and no resolution. I suggest to look for better options .

I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodations. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities to make my stay enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions I had and provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The hotel also had a great location, with easy access to the city's main thoroughfares and attractions. One thing that really stood out to me was the hotel's attention to detail. From the fresh flowers in the lobby to the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room, it was clear that the staff went above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Ujjain. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, you won't be disappointed with the quality of the accommodations and the level of service provided by the staff.

Service of hotel was worst, They didn't had the cook in the morning for breakfast. The cleaning services is very bad. The Hotel is under construction so its not highly maintained.Not worth it

It would love to visit the hotel again. The quality of service and staff was well mannered. The hotel is situated at the center so you can access every nook and corner of the city. The food was very tasty and the quality was also maintained at the same time. We family enjoyed a lot in the hotel and we got special assistance in the play ground from the hotel staff. Overall a good experience. We would like to visit again.

IF YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I with 5 other family members stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and we were frustrated for all the 3 nights that we stayed their because of pathetic services. We checked in @10pm on the first day and ordered the food. Plates were dirty, spoons were dirty and they took more than an hour to deliver the food that we ordered. When i asked them to change the plates and bowls, they took 30 minutes to do that and we kept waiting to eat the food. The food was unbelievably spicy and none of us had the dinner after all the travel. We used to come back late night, @10:30 or so and we used to call them atleast for 7-8 times to get the housekeeping done. AC was leaking and bedsheets were not clean. They know nothing about the Hospitality, Servicing, Hygiene, Cleaning. About the room service- They will keep saying Aa rha h madam ldka aa rha h, they even lie ki gate par khda h. But believe me they have not provided us with anyyyyy service on time. They take more than an hour to deliver anything you will ask for. After all this, when i denied to pay the full amount, the guy faught with me for over an hour and even said - TU SIRF EK LADKI HAI, KUCH NHI KAR SKTI. He was a non sense guy and kept fighting while we were missing our flight. These guys made our experience of visit ujjain, very very tough, as comfort and service is all that somebody will ask for after a tiring day. I WILL REPEAT MY WORDS, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. THEY ARE GOOD FOR NOTHINGGGG.

Hotel is located at the middle of the city and temples and mahakaal lok is easy to reach. Food provided during our stay was high on quality and taste was awesome. Service staffs are always ready to help and will take good care of their guest. We as a family had a very good time during our stay at the hotel and surely will come again. Highly recommended!!!

Great location with Good service and Very nice food. Staff is very helpful. This is my third visit and the dishes have a Consistent flavour. I was served well by Mr. Naresh Gupta. The other staff members checked on us frequently. Due to its location I can reach the temple easily. Will surely come back again.
