Rooms are clean and hygenic, washroom is also big and cleaned. Service is fine/ average. Its location is its plus point. Around 700mts. from Mandir but you will get auto/ e-rickshaw easily at low cost. There are many restaurants, sweet shop and general store around.

Very poor experience. Small Rooms. AC not good. Toilet Shower not working. No Generator. Bedsheet not clean. They charged me for an extra bed but there was no space in the room for the matress to be laid on floor. Not recommended at all.

the staff behaviour was good. lift was in good condition and toilet were neat and clean but they did not provide bottle of water except this everything was value for money. i will recommend this hotel to every new person who is coming to ujjain to visit mahakal. and yes the mahakal was 850 m from this hotel. thanks!!

Pros: 1) Neat and Clean Room and Bathroom. 2) Only the bed and linens are clean. 3) Polite person at the reception. 3) Location is good. Walking distance from Mahakaleswar Temple and Ramghat. Cons: 1) TV, Intercom not working, asked the hotel staff to rectify but no response. 2) No inhouse restaurants. Food usually delivered from outside as parcel. Staff does not care for timely delivery. I have ordered the dinner at 8:30PM, but got it at 11:00 PM after several calls and follow-ups. 3) No proper parking space. Only space infront of hotel is used as parking, which is ok for 3 cars. If guests with more than 3 comes with car, don't know where to park. 4) Broken and non functional lights. 5) Damaged storage cabinet. 6) Seepage stains on wall and foul smell. 7) Overpriced for Rs. 2149/- for 1 night stay.

Rubbish compact sized rooms with cobwebs, , all moving freely in the AC rooms. Water leaking in taps & in the rooms. AC in the room is NOT WORKING. Cockroach eggs on bed & in the blankets.

rooms are little small!! otherwise everything was good!! Better option than other hotels!! little away from temple as well as from railway station!! otherwise hotel was good!!

far away from jyotirling temple. rickshaw charge 100 rs to reach temple. rooms and service is good. but when I asked for early check in Mr Narendra night Manager took 500 rs without any receipt while rooms were available but without money he didn't agreed.

Rooms are small proper window and sheddy, visible signs of seepage, beds are uncomfortable, bedsheet are spotted, toilet seats are broken, faucet are broken. I also experienced many power cuts.
