Rooms were good. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Food was also ok. Service was not upto mark. There were no hand towels and dental kit. Called house keeping staff multiple times but no response. Overall it was ok ok experience with hotel Apaar
It's a lovely hotel. Large rooms .clean and very helpful staff ...indebted to the following staff the Manager Ashwinbhai and all the staff from Sahilbhai in the reception to all the rest of the staff who are courteous. Had dinner and the food was delicious.. Originally booked two nights but have extended by one night.
Hotel was good, room was good, but owing to an outage of electricity, we got stuck in the lift with no one around. We attempted to contact hotel staff using the phone numbers provided, but no one answered. We were stuck there for more than 5 minutes before someone from hotel staff came to see whether anyone was stuck in the lift. This should not be the case; they should provide proper contact information and prioritise elevator checks when an outage occurs. Food was also decent but not exceptional. Breakfast was provided at the table; there was no buffet. When I asked about the same, they responded that they are having less staff members. We ordered some food from their restaurant as well, but it was also subpar. Overall, our experience with The Hotel Apaar was subpar. I'm hoping they'll raise their service and culinary standards. It was Okay.
I stayed there for 2 nights...It was booked from MMT while chosing the BAR in the hotel. I came to know about it while check in that there is no bar in the hotel. You have to go another hotel if you need drinks. Most horrible experience, when i asked the manager to refund for 1 day atleast so that i can get stay in another hotel, they simply denied saying 'nhi hoga, this is our mistake and we will rectify this soon'. Staff is totaly rude...For cancellations they are the final people to approach. Hotel smrat is good option there if you are looking for bar in hotel. Receptionists are so arrogant and repeating one line...'nhi hoga, nhi ho skta..i am the final approver..owner is in USA' Unprofessional people.. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL...
Excellent.. I got an early check in and the hotel staff is very well behaved.. I booked the sea view room. The room is neatly cleaned, Ac, TV, wifi everything is working fine.. Food is really delicious .. looking forward for my next stay at Apar Hotel..
Dont know about their rooms and services etc. I called them for room rates for 1 night they gave higher rates compared to their official website. I told to match the price as per Apaar official website, the receptionist got angry and told go and book from there only. Later they said Whatsapp us the date of stay, since 3 days they have not responded in ANGER.
I firmly recommend this hotel as well as food restaurant... exllent location in front of sea.. service and staff persons are so polite,caring, friendly and most important with smily face...
