Hotel Aamantran Avenue - Hotel in Ujjain - Ujjain, India

This hotel is just fine. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is also very close to the railway station. But there is no proper arrangement for parking. The hotel management asks you to park your car on the road side, for which they also take verbal responsibility but till any untoward incident happens. The rooms are in great need of overhauling. It seems that since the opening of the hotel, no maintenance has been done except for some much needed improvements.

Don't even think to visit this property, the staff specially on counter persons behaviour is rude and he have his own rules for guest. We book the room for 27th Oct to 28th Oct. Check out is 10am compulsory, if u ask for anything he first inform you price, no plates available if u order food from out side, u can not wait or seat in side the property after check in. We have train at 5pm and our check out at 10am we went for Temple darshant and some work we ask for 2hr waiting due to train at 5om but properly manager not allowed us and simply ask to leave the property. Rooms, Service, cleaning everything is waste of money if u book this property. Our suggestion is whenever visit Ujjain please book online any hostel but don't book Hotel Aamantran Avenue. Really bad experience in my 25 year traveling life for this property.

Man at reception was too rude and wanted to keep an eye on everything we wanted to carry in and out.He made false promises and the moment we booked the hotel he gave rooms as per his liking where he can save a penny.The owner, my God he is the most terrible person I have ever seen. He was inquiring on each and every women passing through the reception. He'll experience I had in this hotel, we already paid for it and didn't had too much of maneuvering abilities because of family. So, stayed the for one night. But, this hotel is not at all recommended for any one.

Hotel is conveniently located with supportive staff. Some of the aspects that brought down the goodwill are - torn bedsheets, dirty sofa, muddy water from taps. apart from these things rest all was clean.

Nice hotel ,elevator facility was good ,ro drinking water was provided by staff ,nice restaurant nearby walkable distance ,staff behaviour was also nice .It was a very nice experienceliked all amazing amenities. Recomended to all viewers .Near to temple and auto available easily .They also provided travel card to visit all famous visiting places.I will surely recommend this hotel to my family and friends .

Just opposite to Ujjain Junction. Location wise very good but it's not worth 2500 per night. We stayed 3 days but no room cleaning, water was coming to room from washroom. Washroom was stinking, when we informed they came up with odonil. They denied to provide plates. I have never seen any hotel who don't give plates. Pillow cover was very dirty, bedsheet was also dirty but when we requested they changed it. Lights was in very poor condition. If it's around 1200 room then we can expect and accept this kind of service. Staff behaviour was good except the night staffs.

Stay was just ok. lacks cleanliness, although staff is good. They cleaned the room when I asked for it otherwise it was dirty. Tv and Ac were fully functional. Bed and mattress was good. Breakfast was good but not served properly. Tea served in broken cups. Kettle was dirty. Overall it was nice stay in this price.
