Mr Keerthi Raj ,Project manager has taken keen interest in implementing whole project with professional approach. He has been very attentive and ready to answer all our queries and everready to rectify the fault of any... His team's barring one or two were totally professional . The one Mr Parkash who installed the slab in the kichen was exceptional. Appliances supplied also good except the installation of chimney. It was poor work manship.The design manager never visited the site once work started, as promised by her. Later I came to know that she was on notice period and left during the implementation of the project. If it was the case the concerned authorities should not have deployed her.

Pro's: 1. They have wide range of design options and staffs are very much qualified for the job. 2. Mohd Faizan Sharief (lead designer) and Shashi (Project engineer) of our project and it has come quite well. 3. Faizan was the first person we sat for the design discussion and it went pretty well. I appreciate his effort and suggestions. I was very happy on the design aesthetics. 4. Shashi - project engineer very professional, soft spoken person. When ever we call / mesg him at any time, responded to our queries without much delay. 5. Shipment and packing is top notch. Con's : 1. Keep an eye on the installation(vendors - carpenters) team - ask question whenever you feel like. Once an helper guy took a bigger wooden material without asking during my absence and caught him off guard. 2. They was no one from homelane keeping an eye at the installation team. Entire project went like that. I want the homelane team to take this into account and assign someone to be on the site supervising and monitoring from start to end. I spent my break time monitoring their progress.

Homelane has a good process laid out to complete the project and keep the customer informed about the progress using mobile app and website. The designer assigned was very proactive in suggesting design, tiles, accessories, color combinations for the renovation of my kitchen and utility space. Using the homelane designer site, he could very quickly show us the design along side the quotation price. Once execution started, the project manager was also very actively involved in the progress of the project who was actually in charge of executing the design. There were multiple type of labours and materials involved which were procured and produced on time in the site. I am very happy with the looks of my brand new kitchen. I would always recommend Homelane. Pros: 1. Good Designers 2. Formal legal contracting process is online 3. Smooth execution 4. Finish of the wood product is very good 5. Deep cleaning the site at the end Cons: 1. Costly 2. Delay in tiles work in case of renovation 3. Tiles worker kept the site very dirty unnecessarily but later deep cleaning was done.

Had booked them for full house interiors. Project manager Shashi Kumar did a wonderful job. Everything was done in a systematic and thorough and timely manner. They followed the designs perfectly and got everything right. Proactively identified and fixed any issues without any input or follow up required from our side. Would totally recommend.

Me and my Family is completely amazed with the design, product and the color concepts of homelane, i thank to designer-Ms. Shilpa for her support and ideas during the designing stage, also to Mr. Divakar & Mr. Sachin (installation PM) and Mr. Vijay (Supervisor) for there complete support and monitoring (since we could not offenly visit the site), u guys have really done a super job without our monitoring and always available over phone, i am really thankful to u all, keep it up and continue to provide your best services to all your customers, attaching few photos of the work done.............thank u so much to all the team members......I completely recommend Homelane to all........

Interiors done by Homelane was excellent. Sashi was the project manager. He did an exceptional job, updating the site status on daily basis. Designed by Rakshith, who was patient enough to take care of all our requirements. Aishwarya mam was the most helpful, guiding the team always.

We took services from Homelane for minor Interior works. The process right from Design, to start of production and installation was smooth. In design phase we get degree of freedom on choice, unlike we had seen previously with other vendors. Our designer Komal Choudhary was helpful, in putting our ideas to design very well. Even during installation, there were minor rectifications and additions that we wanted, to which Homelane was happy to oblige. Shashi, our PM for project was helpful in getting project finished on time, even with additional on demand changes. I commend Shashis ability to go beyond what is expected. While one may feel, the cost of wood, services is on the expensive side, on completion of our project, we do feel the difference in wood, finish warrants the extra cost.

Home lane is pretty known and I have nothing to further add on it. They have pretty much streamlined the entire interiors work to their maximum potential and in a cost effective manner too. This and the added advantage of the team I got helped me to get past quite swiftly. Mine was a 3 BHK flat in Bangalore but I live in Hyderabad. Coordination and assistance was of prime importance. Fortunately I got the best of it. Ms. Fiza, helped us ease through the design process. Professional, patient, and proactive - proved to be extremely helpful for our case. She would extend her help always and try to get us alternatives in all phases of the work. Mr. Satish was in charge of the production phase and over seeing the fit in work. This is usually the tough part but Satish kept it stress free. Experienced, pretty sound at what he does and was able to judge the timeline during one of his site visits early on. He extended his help many times throughout the project and after. Humble, down right professional & approachable for any concerns/questions I had or help needed. The work done was great, on time, with no lapses in communication. Completely hassle free and complications. They had good discounts to offer as well.
