Room without any ventilation. It will get too hot inside. Even washrooms don't have ventilation. Hotel manager has a very bad attitude. His behaviour is like "if you want you adjust or get lost". Will never go to this hotel again.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. If I would not have paid an advance, would have cancelled immediately. Rooms are far from clean, and so ae the toilets. TVs do not work as have not been recharged. Giving 1 star for the location as have no option to give a zero. Extremely disappointing experience.

This place is nice, very near the Candolim Beach. Just a 5 mins walk. The room we got was neat and clean. Staff was very polite and helped us in getting a scooty and car. Pool was good and clean. Had a mini bar and the rates were okay. Overall a nice place and I would like to stay again here.

Rooms are literally as good as store rooms. That's it. Not enough staff to clean rooms even once in a day! It was a resort maybe in 1982, when it was made. They haven't upgraded it since then! Only saving grace was the distance to beach. One star, just for location!

Location of the Hotelvis very good. But not at all maintained. We had booked a suite room no 202. It was a real disaster. The room AC was not cooling. A very old model of TV with blur pictures. Cockroach roaming in the room. I booked for 6 nights seeing their facilities in the nets. There are also no Tea maker in the room. When I asked one Mr. Umesh about it he said it has to be removed from the website. I had to check out within 3 hours of check in. Paid the full rent for 6 nights at check in. When asked Mr. Umesh about the cancellation policy he replied that if one makes the booking directly with the hotel -- there are no options for cancellation. Thus lost the entire money paid. Strange place and concept.

Property is good if only bachelors are staying. Very close to beach. The view from balcony is not that great. Many facilities are not maintained. Swimming pool is small but good. Over all ambience is ok ok.

Currently staying there at Holiday beach resort and regretting every second my decision of staying here.These guys don't know meaning of hospitality word. Honestly, I feel cheated and there is only one word to describe my experience - Horrible. Let me start from beginning. While on my way from airport to this hotel, since there many hotels of such name, my driver wanted to be sure about address. Tried multiple times their number but no one picked up the call. Finally, someone picked and reached hotel somehow. This is not a hotel or resort to be honest and frank. It has feel of old guesthouse or dharmshala where people stay after paying 100-200 Rs. I had no wifi signal at room, so went to complain. Interestingly there is no reception or concerned person here. There is one attendant who does not know how to address complaints. Upon asking him manager name, he refused to disclose stating that he just comes here for 3 hours every night. To add insult to my injury, there is no airtel network here too. In absence of wifi, my office work suffered big time. Complained to GoiBIBO, having registerd my complaint, even these folks could not reach the hotel concerned staff. GoiBIBO has returned 25% as compensation. But I really want to teach these guys a lesson. How on earth in such a customer centric world, you can take customer for granted

Is very simpal room but cleen they have swmming pool bat n restuarant also they have wifi free of cost good for couples and beach lovers . Candolim Beach is less then walking 3 mints
