Located at the prime area near MG road.. Well like any other Hamley's store that you would find in shopping mall, this place had a huge collections. The customer service is quite average, since the staff's lack of knowledge in locating items that are available in store. Everything's quite expensive when compare to other options available online. Unless you are looking for something that you can't get elsewhere or online, then it's okay to visit the store.

An excellent toy store in the heart of the city. Toys of all kinds are available here. Prices seem high, though. 1 MG mall, although located in the beginning of MG road, has one hell of a confused design. Every floor has a different access, and common areas are minimum. Good store nevertheless!

It's a great store for kids and it has a wide variety of toy collection absolutely love it, And I met one of their salesman sudeep he was very friendly and helpful to me. And all the staffs were very much energetic.. once again I want to visit this particular store

We have been a regular customer of Hamley's. This outlet is also good with a wide range of toys and other kids items. Generally the quality of the toys is good though maybe a bit overpriced. Certain category toys' quality is not that great looking at the price and for the same price you can get a better product from other stores in the market. For ex: we wanted to buy a cement mixer for our kid and at Hamley's the cost is INR 1000+ and we found a much better one - bigger and better quality one in other stores at a price range of INR 800-1000.

They have huge collection for toys for gifting art and crafts and also sports item apvailable here..

Pathetic experience!! The staff is not equipped with the SOPs & blames customer if the OTP is not recieved for doing an exchange. They kept me waiting for a hour for a simple exchange. And it doesn't end here.. they asked me to come next day & again after telling them several times to have another workaround, they kept me waiting!! Staff lies that manager is on week off but then suddenly he appears from nowhere!! Never going back. Items are overpriced. No toys for toddlers to play with!!

Store is good. But price is unreasonable. 2X times higher than Flipkart/Amazon. Think before purchasing on MRP here.

I am very disappointed with the service and behaviour of your staff. I came from an Int school to buy one Air hickey set and one Foos ball. You were in a hurry to bill, but after opening the oack it was a damaged piece. The other piece was also chipped, and you do not have any air hockey in your stores in Blore.
