Purchased earring. I got unique design under 2gm. Overall its NYC and has huge collection. Wastage charge is more compare to other jewels shop. So many schemes were introduced. It will be good to take any scheme.

Crowded as hell. Sloppy customer service and billing. Be prepared to wait for a long time if you go on holidays. Edit (Second visit): Customer care people are tired, overworked and hence find it hard to be nice to customers. Billing people are rude and snappy. A queue at billing and collection counter is much needed but will never be implemented. Disappointing. Better to visit during week and not weekend.
