Green Valley Beach Resort - Resort hotel in Dona Paula, Panaji - North Goa, India

Awesome experience! This was my second stay at the property in less than six months. The resort is neat and tidy. Rooms are comfortable. Has a small but clean swimming pool. Ample parking space is provided and the best part it is very near to a beach . Overall it is very well managed. The front desk is very helpful and fulfils all requests of the guests. The travel desk I also very useful in providing taxis at will. The management takes full interest in day to day affairs of the resort and ensures full comfort to guests. I recommend the same to all types of travelers staying in this part of Goa.

Good service especially from reception team. Special thanks to Naveen for their special attention. Good property but with a serious issue that you have to fix. During our entire stay of 3 days we had issue of running tap water on critical hours. Even though they fixed it in an hour or so, was much of an inconvenience. Apart from that no complaints.

Enjoyed our stay here. Room services was excellent. Access to beach is the main attraction. Enjoyed good food also.

Rooms are decent and near to beach. Don't expect any shop near by but hope people are helpful in arranging the cab and travel. Resultant need a big improvement in serving customer.

A mood spoiler hotel. You will get better option nearby. Receptionist: Highly unprofessional, rude and argumentive. Travel desk: costly and poor service. no proper rules travel desk lady working part time as receptionist also. Service: AC not working. Slow service, poor staff response, you need to followup again and again. My question to management, when you don't know how to serve people why waste our time and money?

Guys...amazing property....staff are the heroes.....decent, polite....wonderful nature and behaviour. Everyone are on their toes to help the guests and make their stay a memorable one. Must try at-least once so that you'll come again and again and again..!! Though everyone was good here....but a special thanks to Anandraj/Pinto and Malik(Kitchen).

The stay was really comfortable. The staff was helpful and quick and AC rooms clean and tidy. It also has a in house pool with clean water. The vainginium beach is on a 2 minutes walk from the resort. Must consider for your stay in panaji.
