Almost all beauty solutions under one roof with great friendly staff. I have been availing their service for last four years. It is such a great experience to visit there each and every time. I sincerely appreciate the Staff for their efficient, gracious customer service. The level of detail and accountability they demonstrate and the way they handle the client is so amazing. From chemical work to nail art, bridal to normal makeup every service is Just outstanding. I really appreciate the staff for their beauty tips. Their tips are so helpfull for me. Expenses or price is so reasonable and affordable. I were facing very severe skin problems with dull and dry skin. My face were full with acne, pigmentation and tanning marks. I tried so much things and parlours for my solution but everything was in vain. Thanks to my friend Ankita who brought me to Gracia. Now I m so confident with my looks.

Staff serve you with a-one services, every staff is proficient in their own field, owner suman is very sweet and polite. Worst makeup experience I have experienced so far. We booked our makeup with Suman but as soon as we reached, she left the place. The staff did our makeup within 15 mins which started showing creases as soon as we reached our venue that was just 10 mins away. They didn't even know that we have appointment for makeup and started looking at each other. They do not have single hair stylist, just make your hair curls at the name of hair style. When we complaint that we are not satisfied with the hairstyle, no one intervened to make it correct, in fact started giving looks to each other. No personalised experience. We got our makeup done as if we are getting it done for free. They really need to learn valuing customer and treating them properly.

Horrible experience If you want to be treated well and want results that at least stay for a week just say no to this place. This place doesn't worth a single penny. The staff was so unprofessional and Rude. I went there for Smoothening and Keratin treatment. On day 1 they did my hair Smoothening and asked me to come the next day for hair color and Keratin treatment, But applied some other products instead of Keratin without asking or telling me. When I asked them to wrap my hair as I have seen in a video of Keratin treatment then they told me that they were out of Keratin and applied something better. I paid for Keratin then who are they to decide for me without informing me? Then they applied some hair color and ask me to keep it for 30 min then they'll give me a hair wash. but washed my hair in 20 min only. After washing, my hairs were still white. No effect of color was observed. So I paid them for Keratin but got no keratin treatment Then they charged me more for hair color that didn't stay for a single wash. One thing which was worst than your financial loss was 4 staff at a time did hair straitening which was so painful. When I asked them to do it carefully they told me ghar par mummy/ family wait kar rahi hai humare, ghar jana hai.. Like seriously who treat their customer like that?
