Awesome!Good stuff. quick service for anything.On my stay somehow power goes off in my room and after call to reception electrician come within 2 mins and power is restored around within 5/10 mins.They provided early check-in at 12 pm without any charges They provide hot water 6am to 11 am and 6 pm to 11 pm. But on request they turn on centralised geyser at 2 pm on my request.Happy to stay here and THANK YOU GOIBIBO

The Spa services, the reception and the Room Services, food quality and quantity all is10/10. However the house keeping needs to be up a little. Found dust on the bed headrest, tissues were lying on the floor of the mezzanine floor where the kids slept even after housekeeping was done. So only that part is looked into. Would have given 5 . On the whole had an awesome time,Will surely visit again.

Value for money Hotel . Hotel staff is good and polite and ready to help you . Room size was very good and the bathroom size also good .View from room is also good . Food quality is good but little bit expensive . Cons : Hotel location. you need to find out Hotel location. Google maps location not correct and Hotel is situated not main road . you need to call hotel and take guidance to reach . Overall nice stay

The place was reallyyyy good. I really enjoyed my stay there. We stayed there for 2nights and had 2 rooms booked on 4th floor. The rooms were all up to the mark. The room service was also quick. Proper bathroom with all amenties, a good hot water supply, proper branded Tolitieries, fresh and clean towels, slippers . Room was equipped with room heater as well. Good storage space was given. Though there wasn't much view from my room as it showed the enterance of hotel. But just infront of it was a spa area and daayumm i must say it showed the best view of gangtok. After eating dinner we really enjoyed spending time there.. Sitting peacfully and enjoying the weather. The staff was really kind and friendly.

Wow!!! We stayed here 3 days. It was an excellent stay. Really so fun and memorable days. Room was wow so nice and luxurious. The bathroom is awesome. Food quality & service are best. I ll prefer this place next time. Loved it.

I am still at the hotel and I can't resist writing this because dude, the service and the welcoming etiquette of the staff is just so amazing. Rooms Food View... everything is just so on point. We had this candle light dinner last night and they did all they could and beyond I especially loved the management done by Ms. Uma Chhetri and want to thank her for making our stay so memorable and special. She kept reassuring our likings and made sure we were comfortable enough and were enjoying. Kudos to the resort for having such warm and welcoming staffs.

We stayed in sikkim for 2-3 days in this hotel. Its a 4 star hotel, we had a great experience also. The staffs, reception and housekeeping everything was good here. You can also enjoy the view as shown in the picture. They served complimentary breakfast which was in the form of good buffet system. And the top of it they also change the menu regularly. Being from north India, we dint like the taste much, especially the Tea and coffee here is not that good. Overall the hotel is good except its location.

We visited this place from 8-10 April 2023 with our parents and 6 month old baby. It was so much comfortable staying here as the staff was so cooperative and humble. Reception staff was quick and attentive to the needs and the restaurant too served us various delicacies with outmost dedication. Overall it was a pleasurable stay.
