We have opted for a subscription and the first order got delivered in a very pathetic manner and the food was "almost spilled". Did not expect the "first order" to be this worst!! Sharing the pictures for reference.

I'm surprised at how you guys got 4 stars. I just found a hair in my food. My dinner came 1.5 hrs late. The food taste is really below standards. Please don't get into food business if you can't maintain hygiene, know how to cook good food or manage deliveries on time. Extremely disappointed with this service. Don't go by the app and the food pictures. They don't serve anything that looks like it.

Company is not developed fully to deliver food as per subscription. They will take subscription in advance but while it come to delivery many issues will raise. Like food not as per menu. Too spicy food. Food may not be delivered in time. And very pathetic they may not deliver food at all. And there will not be any prior intimation. You have to call them ask for status. And reimbursement of money one has to follow up continuously. Finally they will stop picking your call. For me first time they paid back my subscription money after following up for 15 days. I had to literally fight with them. And they treated without respect for asking reimbursement. And 2nd time it was one full month subscription, they suddenly stopped delivering food. I followed up like anything. I lodged complaint in consumer forum. But co. was not responding. They were not ready to receive legal notice also. I personally visited their office as my huge money was pending. They didn't entertained. Finally I wrote a strong mail to higher officers of go homely, that I am serious about my reimbursement and I am going to court if I don't get reimbursement. Finally they paid my money after 3 months of fight. But nothing could compensate the stress I have gone through for taking back my money and stress I faced when I couldn't give food to my small kid in time due to undelivery of meal from go homely... So be alert while dealing with them.

I ordered two breakfast meals today, which should arrive between 8 and 8.30 a.m. I've been trying to reach you guys since 8 a.m. No one is answering my phone, and there is no response. Customer service is atrocious; I have never seen such poor service. After 2 hours, I was able to speak with one of the executives, who informed me that they would be unable to deliver the order today. Its more than a week now, still you guys are not refunded my money, Fraud service I'm completely frustrated. They also disabled my phone number!!!

We ordered non veg thali from gohomely (from chef eatwithjoy). It was delicious and worth the price It was truely an amazing experience. GoHomely is worth trying for all those people who are looking for home made tasty food with less oil. It's just like our ghar ka khana.

I love goHomely as they deliver food based on your time and your comfort. You can modify the delivery location, I got my breakfast delivered to home and lunch to office

The food is hygienic and doesn't feel heavy on the stomach. You will mostly find this place filled with youngsters working in nearby offices.

Nothing homely about this, 1st day delivery was late for my lunch 1.5 hours later from scheduled time. 2nd day delivery was on time, food was ok. Tad slaty and some items you can't eat. 3rd day I find hair in the food and none items can be eaten, waste my money time and energy.
