Dear Ginger Dona Paula team, I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The hotel itself is simply delightful, with its charming ambiance and comfortable accommodations. We were particularly impressed by the excellent food options available at your restaurant - every meal was a culinary delight! The service provided by your staff Mr. Aknur Mollah, Mr. Danish Khan and the restaurant team was truly exceptional. Each member of your team went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met, making us feel pampered and cared for throughout our entire stay. Overall, our weekend family stay was nothing short of brilliant. We made unforgettable memories during my brother's wedding as a family and enjoyed every moment spent at Ginger Dona Paula. I can confidently say that we will be returning guests in the future, eager to relive the fantastic experience. The property is small with just around 24 Rooms and all rooms are clean and net, since the hotel has been recently taken over by Ginger, furniture is yet to be change. Once you arrive, you will be greeted by smiling and Helpful nature of the Front Office Team, lead by Tongsin and Danish and their whole team. The Food and Beverage team lead by Manager Manoj will look after your food needs. The housekeeping staff will take of your room and all the amenities inside them. Overall we didn't spend much time in the room, but whatever time we spent in the room, the Staff was there to look after. P.S. The Room near stairs on the 2nd Floor is the ocean view room, sea view is blocked due to The Taj Building across. Make sure to book an Executive Room if you are traveling as a couple/ couple with Kids. One problem I faced is Ginger Advertised Executive Room with a Balcony on their website, my room didn't have one since I booked an executive room, probably the room was just a standard room, but anyways that might be the problem with Ginger website, since rooms were not categorised properly.

It was very good stay. Hotel staffs are very nice and cooperative. They solved any problem without any delay. It's centrally located in Dauna Paula and easy to go anywhere. Food part requires lot of improvement. Tasteless food. Chef needs to be changed.

We stayed here for the location as this was closer to our meeting place. The property is small for a 4 star hotel but very well maintained. They have a terrace to some of the rooms from where you have the view of the beach. The food is decent but the menu is very limited, you might have to step out for better options. I also found the pool small for the hotel and the price in Goa. If you are on a budget and doesn't want to spend on a 5 star but looking for a nice property, go for this.

Not a great but okayish experience. It's typical business hotel and since it was last moment book within the budget of 5k, so we were forced to book this one. It's a 2 floor and there is no lift. If you have your own vehicle, then there is no parking available. Breakfast was good. We paid an additional of 800 for a meal but that was not worth. For a basic home like meal for 2 people, it was very costly. Curd was not included in 800 meal plan nd we were charged additional for that. Rooms are very very small and not that clean. Washroom were much cleaner thn rooms. There is a staircase in room running to the terrace of hotel which they claimed to locked but I felt was bit unsafe. Also we had a toddler with us so he was continuously running towards it so another reason we didn't like the concept of having that in the room. The wardrobe was inside bathroom and was smelling bad like you feel like puking. There was no smell while it remained in closed state. Would not like to repeat again. .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ginger Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The receptionists were incredibly nice and polite, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room had all the basic necessities and provided a cool and comfortable environment to spend quality time with loved ones. The dim lighting and bathtub added to the premium feel of the hotel. The food, being part of the Taj group, was a bit costly but definitely worth the price for its 5-star quality. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Ginger Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Rooms are not worth for the money they charge. Also, breakfast quality and verity not good. Better to check another hotel with same price.
