General Hospital - Hospital in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Usual govt hospital infrastructure and staff. Parking is limited. One small shop which provides drinks and snacks. No nearby canteen /hotel for good food.. Patient crowd is decent for a taluk hospital. Doctors are knowledgeable and friendly. Unless you reach opd early, a long queue awaits as number of doctors are very limited compared to patient input. One opd per department is quite shameful, govt needs to recruit more staff to service the crowd. Medicines are free of cost and is the treatment, except for surgeries. Obg department is very efficient. Cleanliness in the hospital and Operation rooms are surprisingly very good for a govt hospital. The nurses are caring and work round the clock. Opd timings are limited.

I thought this hospital provides free service to patient . But it's not like that it's chargeable in OPD and OT charges always shows zero bill but From admission to OT you have to pay separately. Start from OPD registration 10 Rs first time next time bill will be zero but still you have to pay 10 Rs . Hospital admission bill Zero but 50 Rs you have to pay . If OT bill will be Zero but to Dr Ramchandra service you have to pay separately without bill whatever he ask . If you ask bill than he will tell go to other hospital or pvt. Hospital . i am writing this review because recently I have faced this issue. Might govt will take serious action on this . Wher the poor patient will go if not in govt hospital . Why we are paying Tax to govt. for facing this type of issue in our emergency. Shame on it .

The doctors here are service oriented. Except for the huge crowd good service (as it is a Government hospital). Patients friendly Doctors, staff. I met Dr. Raju Medical officer and another gynecologist and my problem was solved in one visit. Hospital there are other good specialist and available basic tests. One thing i don't understand is why this government hospital making driefcase app is mandatory for registration and they will not add any treatment data to the abha account. As everyone knows the special medicine prescribed by doctor's will not be available in the Government Hospital dispensary and I purchased outside.

Very pathetic and worst service we have received today in this hospital , yesterday my mom and sister went to hospital doctor has checked and written tablets in the admission bill he has not written in other separate paper he has not given also and he said as yesterday was Saturday please collect the tablets on Sunday,so me and my mother today we went and given the admission bill near medicine counter and told to give tablets and one of the lady she took the paper and said no we don't provide tablet i asked her why she started behaving rude without telling anything,we don't know we have to give other receipt as we are new to this hospital atleast she should inform us we have to take separate receipt for tablet instead of that she started screaming and bahaving rude infront of everyone like she is giving tablets from her end, this is the reason why everyone is prefer going to private hospital instead of government,we are humans not animals .also yesterday my mom showed the admission bill to one of the nurse she only said you show this paper tomorrow here and take the tablet today she was also standing when we cross checked with her she denied seriously very worst service, doctors are very good but the staff and medicine counter people are rude like they are running the government hospital

Worst Counter maintenance, for token waiting for more than 1hour

In this hospital no one will care the patients staff will do wt ever they want full careless. I really i felt very bad. Because atleast they have to work 50 percent. Thn why we are cming to govt hospitals. No service nothing. If something will happen serious wt they will do. No value for life. Better close all govt hospitals. But yelhanka govt hospital was very worest.

Very disrespectful manner less on parking side N If case of Emergency pasent will die for cutting some token . What's going on in india Verry stupid rule..

Worst hospital ever, took my staff's wife here for emergency and they don't first ask Hindi or Kannada then, they say not sure when doctor will come. Some says Dr. Will come on Monday on Saturday afternoon. After 2 hours of emergency. Nobody gives clear response
