Gangtok - The Delisso Abode - Resort hotel in Gangtok - East District, India

Excellent hotel with superb staff. Very friendly and top class service. Neat and clean rooms that are spacious and good view. Food is very tasty and the buffet spreads are ample. Chef is very accommodating for any requests. One of the best Hotel stays I have experienced not just in India but abroad too.

Me and my wife stayed for 5 days at the Delisso Abode during our Sikkim trip. We had a n absolutely lovely stay. The service was excellent, they catered to our every need. Location is just 1km from MG Marg which is walkable. Rooms were also quite good. Thank you to all the staff at the Delisso Abode for making our Sikkim trip memorable.

Nice hotel near 5 mins walk from MG road, room having decent view with good service. Most positive the food served was awesone, thanks to Chef Bijay and Manish.

A very good place, even the infrastructure is well defined. Very good connectivity because it is near to bus stop, police station, national highway, M. G. Marg and various good places to visit. The service is really good, particularly the house keeping is excellent. The food served here is really delicious, really nice chefs. The humble nature of all the staffs is really a starmaker of this hotel. This type of service really lacks at many places. Really enjoyed a lot at this place. Hope this service is provided forever.

The service quality of sterling always pleases me and generally my experience has been very good with the resort. The gangtok property is no different and people are warm. Though there is some issue in getting hot water as they have a small storage but otherwise the property is well maintained and the view from the room is good. The view from restaurant is excellent.

We were a group of 5 people and had booked two rooms. It was a relief to see that there was an actual bed for the 3rd person in the triple occupancy room instead of a fold-out mattress. It is located at a 10-15 min walking distance from the MG Marg Market. The staff was very caring and helpful. They helped us with car rental and we had no issues with that. Their restaurant was also good, especially the breakfast buffet. The property has good views, the view from the room depends on the location of the room. We had a very pleasant stay with no complaints.

Amazing stay with courteous staff. Very good service provided. Some staff would be at your door as soon as you call the housekeeping and that exceeded expectations. The food is great too. The mushroom chilli is a must try. The location of the hotel is really good with a view of Kanchenjunga on a day with clear skies. Compared to Darjeeling this place called Ghum where the hotel is located is colder and misty and would be a wonderful experience for people who love chilly weather. I would've given a five star if the rooms get a makeover with a coat of paint probably. The walls look a bit old as the weather is always damp. But otherwise it's wonderful. Thanks for the great stay.
