Everything was great, amazing and wonderful for this Hotel. Courteous Staff, Delicious Food, Sheer Cleanliness & Super Fast Services. They have facilities to make everything available. All in all it was a great experience.

Hotel & Room cleanliness -10/10 Hotel ambience-10/10 Food taste & quality -10/10 Staff service -4/10 ( not at par with other Fortune hotels . Staff needs training in hospitality. No wishing customers. Ill-informed about buffet timings. In room-service ( brought less plates and even upon request never brought more. Had to eventually eat out of a serving dish). No place to play for kids as property is small. If staff is trined at par with Mysore, Bangalore,Goa Fortune standards- the hotel will do well. We asked for a single banana to carry on for the kid and they refused. Currently its below Fortune standards as staff is not child friendly nor considerate towards children .

good hotel..can stay with family.car parking ample @hotel.nice food and restaurant veg and non veg lot of variety.breakfast buffet lots of variety.sky dine restaurant also there.room size is big enough and very neat and clean. staff is also very polite.i recommend whoever going to visit vellore must stay at this hotel.recommended for family and official.

Prompt service rendered. The rooms were spacious. Would not say very clean especially the bathrooms. Will be good if more water is kept for consumption as 1.5 liters is very little. We thoroughly enjoyed the Buffet Breakfast. Every item provided was very good and tasty. The services at the buffet area were top notch. I Will definitely visit the Hotel

The Hotel is exceptionally welcoming. Very warm and cordial staff members . The quality of food is exquisite and Chef Karunakaran is an extremely talented chef who is an encyclopaedia of regional cuisines as well. During this pandemic period they have take extra precautions and satinise the rooms and place thoroughly. Enjoyable stay this time .

Infrastructure, ambience and dining was good. Pool is well maintained. Housekeeping needs improvement, grooming kit was not available. Overall it's a nice and refreshing stay. privacy,good dining and overall nice and refreshing

The staff are courties, friendly and customeroriented. This is the first time i have seen where staff thinks from customer perspective going out of way Quality of service. The treatment of guests is excellent

It was good hotel, but could experience some priorities to VIP and family guests and not to individual guests. I was given a last room of hotel, though room was cleaned but washroom was stinking while taking shower very badly. Also food cost was too high and which was not justified by seeing the quality of it. I felt they are just charging no matter what the service is.I was not escorted till my room and no one in the hotel staff guided me towards my roomwhich was highly disappointing and unexpected from Star Hotel.Hotel is good in terms of safety and service in case you are a solo woman traveller.
