Its been a year since I joined the gym. I can see great results in myself and satisfied with the progress. Trainer Gourav bhaiya's guidance and philosophy is very solid and works like magic. I prefer morning shift. The crowd here is very nice. The gym offers good environment for both men and women. I highly recommend this to everybody out there. Give it a year for incredible results.
