I joined this gym after a long long break. I came back to them because I knew they are a great gym. I used to go to this gym when they initially opened. I came back to them after 2 years and I can say every bit of it is worth. I was recommended to enroll for personal training to achieve my goals and must say it is worth every penny you spend. The hygiene levels, the maintenance of the equipment, the trainers everything is top notch. A special note on the trainers, they understand your body type completely before begining the regime and each and every person's regime is different as per their body type and BMI, which is really commendable. My trainer is Keerthi and he is like a big brother to me. He is there by me throughout every workout and guides me on the right posture and form. He does push me also to not stop when it becomes hard and encourages me to push further but not too hard. Not only Keerthi, all the other trainers are very friendly and make you feel homely. Initially I used to hesitate to go to the gym but now there is self push from within to hot the gym every morning and get fitter. They also make the gym an emotionally comfortable place for me which I look forward to go to everyday Thank you FFF for being a part of my journey towards fitter tomorrow. P.S. Amazing trainers, good gym right in the heart of HSR. Had visited other gyms, this one is the best of the lot. Manju, one of the trainers, helps me out daily without asking to buy protein powder :)

This place is well equipped and well maintained. They have maintained the hygiene pretty well. All the trainer are very helpful. Specially trainer Pawan pays attention and checks if we are working out properly or not as and when required. From checking BMI to providing diet chart according he takes care of everything.

Best gym in HSR ...with the best training and services well maintained floors and hygiene equipments also they have highly qualified professional trainers ....if anyone looking for the gym I recommend this one only I'm happy with their service and training.....

It's been 2 months that I started going to this gym and my experience is purely result oriented. My trainer Sai helped me to reduce 5 kgs in 1 month and my overall health has improved. Trainers also provide diet which is easy to follow and the gym is pretty neat and tidy. Highly recommend it!
