I am extremely happy doing workout at this gym.. all people are supportive here. If somebody really want improvement in his or her physique then this is the best place to workout.. very calm and peasant environment. Very well assistance by the trainers.

It's a wonderful well equipped gym with amazing facility and great environment. The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring with incredibly friendly and extremely qualified Mentor Ms Rajinder Kaur & trainer Himmat Sir. The mentor Ms Rajinder Kaur is enthusiastic,engaging and understanding. I am pleased with my daily regime and feel assured that with her continued training & encouragement is getting good results & would attain my goal. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. Overall vibe is GREAT

I've been going there from last few months and the instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe.It started with the best location and excellent hygiene quality and the knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they will get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level , and you will love the diverse workout combinations. This is fantastic gym!!! All the trainers(Ms.Rajendra Kaur and Mr. Shubham Verma) are super nice and take interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out.

Best gym ever and rajendar Kaur mam n sir is very good. They really work hard on every individual. Rajendra Kaur mam is very humble and have a great knowledge about workout and diet both. I loosed my weight without any fancy diet with her guidence in this corona pendemic time. Another beautiful thing is if you are not able to come at gym you can take online classes from anywhere. It's a best gym with a lady trainer.
