This gym has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family. And SO MUCH FUN in zumba class... Instructer was so energetic and great routine, lots of fun doing different types of routines and good & energetic music! Made the one hour feel so short! And managed to work out a sweat as well..

The owner of the gym is very welcoming and sweet and the gym has a very pleasant vibe. The gym trainers are also very hard working and it actually shows effect on your body. Do join this gym if you want to stay fit

Amazing gym to workout. I'm doing workout here from so long. Trainers are very courteous and helpful. Gym has a very friendly environment and facilities are also very well maintained. Overall, excellent gym.

Good place to workout. Neat and clean. Trainers are good, staff is good. They will take you on trekking. very hygienic, best personal trainers , healthy atmosphere and most of all safe for girls.

Fit&gold is my happy place to start my day with ,workout under expert trainers,each day have its own special activities to lose weight with motivation and superb energy among wonderful friends like group of members.Kailash sir's wonderful tamata sessions are just lovetosweat moment..Best part us having many batches and can come in any of them according to our suitable hours any day.Smiling welcome by sapna ma'am is not to miss for boosting ur fitness goals. Special attarction of our gym that all my friends and family wants to join n joining in very much big number is making each celebration more loved . Enjoyed almost all the trekkings , aqua zumbas,occassional celebration may it be women's day,Holi ,Diwali, independence day,and each members birthday etc..Each day here is celebrated with lots of enthusiastic zumba and dance.There amazing Garba Raas is not to miss celebration to weight loss with beats of dhol &sticks. Atmosphere is really homely and safe for kids& females too. Both the sirs are very cooperative and understanding,solve all need and problems u are suffering due to your weight very easily . Adding to this ,words are less but the motivation is much much big we gain from this gym to stay fit and live life full of golden joys. More more power to FIT & GOLD GYM.

If you guys are planning to join gym for weight lose or Weight gain or Cardio, Zumba classes then you can go for *Fit and Gold Gym* where you can get all this things . Specially For women they are running a Zumba classes with different Batches so you can manage according to you. Well equipped gym with all the machines like trademill. PT and general trainer also there with good knowledge .. specially Mahir sir he helped me alot to keep in shape. Mr. Jay sir owner of the gym he keeps planning for trecking, cycling for stay motivated to be healthy. Highly recommended.

Worst gym u will see in rajapark.. Its like dumbells placed in 2 rooms..very less area to workout..rude owner.. Jai hariyani..he is so cheap..and misbehave with clients..and money minded.. So pls dont waste your money here..

Good environment specially safe for women, good staff and owners are specially good...must join zumba class really nice..best gym in Raja park
