New joiners...Warning!!!!....Worst management ever ..... management is so so so daam poor that they'll suck up your life ...manager named Yasir Arfat ....don't know how he even became a manager in the first place...he has zero interpersonal skills... who used to constantly abuse in meetings ..targets only me.. for God knows what enmity... constantly taunts... assumes I am not working even after working for 12 hours almost every God damn day!!!! without having food or even taking a break ....who constantly harassed.....just because I am patient enough...had to literally beg for marking attendence even after being present without a single leave .....I have faced harrasment, torture, impartiality, cruelty which went to heights.....that crossed limits i put my papers down for this God damn reason and informed HR who is so called puppet for the management as heard by other colleagues...also asked to wait.... to show that he is working on it...made me wait for 15 days and after repeated calls ..just told that we have provided feedback....God knows what feedback ... Worst company ever !!! Moral - Being humane just never works here.

One of the best place to work with. They are the second largest online travel agency in United State of America. Management is employee centric and talking full care of there employees. Good pay scale provided as compared to market and good opportunity for everyone to grow in there carrier. One of the best place to work.

Interview process is not good and they will take interview and if you know everything they will ask questions on very old technology which was not in used most of the companies. And after that reject the candidate. Feedback they will provide which ever panel didn't ask questions from you.

it is a good company but I give it one star just because of its interview process. they have 3 technical round and then a directorial around. Generally if we pass technical rounds then manager round is a formality but hair director can kick you out from the process so in my opinion it is waste of time for a candidate to appear in a day long or 2 day long interview process and fareportal. If director rejecting you on the basis of your technical profile then it is the question mark on HR (who invite you for interview by seeing your technical profile) interview panel( who take your technical interview for 3 rounds)
