I came here for eye infection consultation. They gave me medication for a month. Till the month end it was good and it started again when I stopped using the meds. So when I come back to consult the same doctor in 1 month and a week for the same problem, they asked me to pay the full consultation fees of 700 bucks to meet the doctor. I even spoke with the doctor but she was adamant that I had to pay the full amount for further consultation. I didn't find this ethically correct. It is not about 700 bucks, if people are coming back for the same problem it shows that the last consultation was not fruitful and hospital administration should take that under consideration and deal with patients accordingly.

An wonderful experience I got done surgeries for my wife's both eyes, doctors were very cooperative and staff was very good. Regarding insurance claims an wonderful work was done overall an very professional and experienced staff. Appreciate their work and commitment towards the patients.

The senior doctors like Dr. Amod are excellent. I got lasers for my both eyes done by him last last year and I'm very much satisfied. However, the junior doctors (or nurses?) who do manual power measurements are so very impatient. They are not really empathetic towards the patient's satisfaction with the new bunch of lenses they put. They just try to convince the patient with the new power and they get upset if the patient is not satisfied with the new bunch of lenses. Last year itself I complained of difficulty in reading. The lady who did the manual power measurements did not at all bother and simply convinced me that i only have myopia and sent across the same power. I made glasses with that incorrect power itself. This time, after one year they have agreed that I am really having multifocal power!! Main Doctors are very good. But the junior doctors are very unempathetic. I visited today (Nov 30th 2023) and this time around I was very clear and was not ready to be convinced like last time. And the junior doctor who was measuring the power manually was very very upset with me. The moment i said an "okay" she was in such a damn hurry to drive me off!! It showed how careless these juniors are. Dr. Amod is excellent. Today I visited Dr. Mayanka. She was good though. But junior doctor who measured the power manually, needs to be counselled.

Last week my father eye cataract surgery done.its went well.Treatment and service was excellent. Dr Mayanka and Dr Amod are knowledgeable and professional. Because of them my father got vision back. Overall staff also friendly behavior.i strongly recommended this hospital.

Had to get Cataract done for both eyes.. Filling details and then guided through various eye tests. Efficient Staff helped in directing patients through stages of tests before meeting the Consultant. My Consultant Dr Jammie Blah who was to do the Surgery , briefed me on all aspects of the procedure. Post operative Follow up after both procedures by Dr Blah was to my satisfaction. Would like to thank Dr Blah my Consultant and the full team at Whitefield Agarwals for the excellent service rendered.

Visited Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital today with my son for eye checkup, usually I use to take him to other eye hospital but not satisfied with their services, so one of my family friend suggested this hospital saying they're very supportive staffs & eye specialist. I too experienced the same in my today's visit & specially to mention about Mr. Franklin who was very supportive and helpful while selecting the optical with their benefits & advantage which suitable for my son, Please maintain the same supportive & friendly environment. My mother had cataract surgery for both eyes here (with a gap of 1 month) and the treatment and service was excellent. The surgery by Dr. Jamie B Blah was flawless and my mother got her vision back. The pre-check, surgery, followups etc was well planned by the hospital and the staff is very courteous and helped us in every stage. Thank you!
