All the staffs treat the patients with dignity. Doctors take enough time to communicate with patients to make them understand about their condition. Maintenance is neat and good.

I don't know how your staff looking of your patients. I came today at 11 o'clock today. And done basic test with in 10 minutes. After that I was waiting till 1 45 pm. Every one came after me left. I too left without consulting doctor. Anyhow i have faith in Dr. Agarwal. I will come tomorrow for consultation

"Unsatisfactory experience with Dr. Jayalatha, as my dad's eye condition worsened post her cataract operation. I initially left a review, but she became emotional and requested its removal. During the surgery, she seemed distracted, engaging in unprofessional behavior like gossiping about other staff. A year later, my dad's vision is still problematic, and the management's explanation is simply that it's due to his age. Disappointing all around.

I went for an eye checkup on 30th September, Dr. Ramya madam checked my eye issues very kindly and politely and clearly explained me the eye conditions and how to take care eyes to avoid eye problems. But the weird thing I faced after my eye checkup is one attended I don't know her name She came to me after I consulted Dr and asked me to put the Google review. Hope you all know during eye checkup they put 2 eye drops which will make blurred vision it will be normal after few hrs only, even in that condition she asked me to give feedback reviews. I felt very bad I couldn't even see the letters and images clearly in my mobile and I informed her that Mam just now I finished my eye checkup I couldn't see anything clearly its all blurred. But she grabbed my mobile and told don't worry mam I will give the review from ur mobile tell me ur email credentials. Is this a good activity and behavior to ask the patient who didn't even able to see after eye checkup? Kindly avoid such bad things around the hospital have some humanity. Google review should be given truly from clients and customers you should not force them to put even though they are not in the condition to see anything. Other than this the doctors are really good and the checkups and testing process are really good. Thanks

Worst service pondicherry agarval Manager very worst I come to my wife last month he tell to go outside hospital .me talk to my wife to high rate tablet medicine he come ad fighting with me and he spoke ash words am so upset pls give me reason to he talk to me I want talk to md because I feeling of distress pls I talk to ur md

I just had a consultation in Agarwal Pondicherry. Very disappointed that the complete atmosphere is business oriented and the intention seems to make money and not patient care. I was pressed into giving a feedback at the hospital itself and had to give a good review. This is my actual feedback. Hope Agarwal will learn some professional ethics in the days to come.
