Giving zero star is not there because I'm giving one star.
I'm not happy with doctor Agarwal hospital Frazer town.as I seemed it is very worthless and pathetic service. actually I came to see here for my second operation to my mother cataract surgery one of my friend recommended this hospital. some staff are behaving very Rude to patients.in pharmacy the lady was laughing with another staff loudly knowing that patients are in precise going to the front desk the lady in the cashier was talking rudely with patients attender it's not fair. All over I think the admin manager is not good please don't visit here for god sake.
Doctor is so friendly and easily approachable. Very friendly in nature. Eventhogh doctor is not keeping well today. She took the pain and saw my mother. Excellent service. She understands our pain and issues. Based on that she prescribed medicine. Always she talks politely .
Good experience with doctor's and we got surgery done for my father in law successfully and he is happy and experienced better service for his regular routine and soon to start up his daily activities within a couple of days..

Hi I am very happy here for the service ,my wife rajalakshmi she visited to agarwal for eye checkup and 1st I visited and I met Dr archana she informed my wife facing cataract surgery and ms.nishmitha explained the procedure and I have a insurance she supported for the surgery part and really the environment was good and all the staf are very friendly also all thedoctors are very frndly they wil explain the all the prblm and also very helpful thanks ms.nishmitha for ur support .thanks entire agarwal team.

I visited Dr Agarwal eye hospital my self mahabuddin ,I taken my frnd for the procedure to Agarwal mr.shahabuddin and dr.aishwarya consulted and she explained the problem and next visit he came and improvement was gud and same day I went for the surgery ms.nishmitha explained the catract detail and also she suggested the lens for me which is suitable for my life style I am very happy after the surgery.i am thankful to Dr archana nad all the staff.very cooperative explained very wel.. deffently I wil recomend this hospital for surgery.
All the services were great from OPD to check up. Doctors, Staffs and Pharmacist were very helpful and supportive.
