Firstly, the entire system of booking an appointment is flawed. There is no.point in taking time to call the customer services or using the portal to book appointments. They use stone age systems, you have to go in fill out a form, pay and wait. While you wait for the routines and consultation, in a room with no ventilation and the air conditioning turned off. We had booked a 1130appointment and since it's almost 1300, I decided to write this. After 2 hours, we decided not to wait any further. We decided to take a refund and leave. They made us wait

The experience at the centre was seamless. After and before surgery consultation in person and on call stood out as a +ve experience. Asha mam at reception and Pramod the counselor were particularly impressive with their humble customer centric approach.

My overall experience was good. However, my interaction with Asha Madam was exceptional. She is indeed one of the best Team Members your Hospital has. Thank you and All the Best!

I have been visiting Dr Agarwal eye hospital from last 6 years. Doctors aswell as staffs are so professional and very very friendly. Irrespective of week day or week end, waiting time is less. Hospital is so neat and hygiene. Overall well managed hospital

Registration was quick and seamless. Thereafter the checkup proceeded quite fast and I was surprised at how quickly one went through the whole process. It took me less than an hour as no major issues were discovered. A professional team and staff were very friendly. The doctor took time to explain everything and I came away with a good feeling. I definitely recommend Dr Agarwal's Eye Hospital, Yelahanka.

Dr Madhura Adiga was very calm, listened to all my problems, did a complete eye check up with special emphasis on my Retina, Peripheral vision and Anterior Chamber. A Receptionist can be made to sit in the first floor to co ordinate things. Otherwise Dr Madhura Adiga is one of the best Ophthalmologists in Bangalore. Highly recommend this Eye Hospital. :)

Very bad response from the counselor Mr. Pramod. Never expected this kind of attitude. Very non-responsive, really have apprehension now what they will do later after Lasik surgery, not attending calls at first place.. Forget about rest!
