Wonderful location but sadly rooms are not clean, nor are bedsheets etc. Bathroom too has WC and shower only. Wash basin outside. Not upscale or welcoming
Hotel is good for money paid. Inside room is clean & neat. Toilet area clean & neat, but water pressure is very less at hot & cold mixter. Parking is available.
We got the worst room in the hotel, i guess. Literally a box without any windows. Could hardly sleep because of feeling discomfort. At the time of check-in, the previous occupants of the room had apparently left a large piece of a cake inside the cupboard (probably after cake-cutting celebration) which had attracted an army of ants in the room. I wonder how the staff allotted us the room without checking it. And the bedsheets were not clean either. Do not get into this room if you are claustrophobic. Of course it was a last minute booking, but they shouldn't build a room this small and non-ventilated and charge the same as other rooms (which they project in the pictures with windows and balconies). The only saving grace was the prime location of the hotel and the table and chairs in the common room. Staff were ready to help, even though it felt they themselves were helpless trapped in that constrained space!
Good quality dormitory with AC and bunk beds. Price is on the higher side, especially for a dormitory, but considering it as a famous tourist place and on season it justifies the cost. Staff is nice.
Great place to stay, very close to Donna Paula Circle and walking distance to Donna Paula Jetty. Helpful and polite staff specially Sunil who is the Cleaner. Dorm Room has AC and Hot Water. Outside Food also allowed. surely will visit again.
Good Stay. Staff is very helpful. Near to Dona Paula Circle. Dorm rooms has AC. Locker for each bed available personal lock need to be carried.
Improvement Suggestions: Plug Point for Mobile Charging should be near to each bed .
Not at all recommended.. they didn't even bother to change the bedsheets, provided dirty bedsheets, and blankets.
